Espresso-Chata after I added a shot of espresso from Starbucks

I wanted to like this place more since it's so close to work and their menu is pretty large however it felt short of my expectations. I got a espresso-chata via uber eats however I couldn't taste any espresso. The horchata itself was so sweet, too sweet in my opinion. I called back to make sure the drink actually had espresso since I thought maybe they forgot but they said it did have one shot of espresso. On its own it was too sweet so I bought an espresso shot at my work coffee shop to make it a little more drinkable. I am curious about their mangoneada so I may try that next time but for now I'd say skip the espresso-chata. Service was fast and friendly.

Leaving this review because this place hit all the marks. Walked into the fusion cafe looking for a refreshing, quick and fresh breakfast. Got exactly that Ordered a freshly squeezed OJ, a Vietnamese coffee, and 2 meat breakfast sandwiches. The food came out in a timely matter! Food was fresh, bagel was toasted, and ingredients were solid. Overall a great, simple experience. And a clean environment! PS: the freshly squeezed OJ was a 10/10.

I don't know what it is, but the breakfast and lunch menu just hits the spot. I gave my boss half my breakfast bagel with ham egg cheese on the everything bagel and he's made me order it 3 times for him in the last week. Today I also tried the BLT. Gosh was it glorious! Simple but hit the spot. I did get this on door dash I haven't been in the location but it's great for delivery!

4/25/26: blink & you'll miss it. It's part of a small strip mall & the signage isn't all that great. Food was all right, drinks were better, parking was decent, service was good. Parking: plenty of space, unless you have delivery trucks blocking your ingress & egress, or Uber/Doordash a-holes in huge SUV's that don't use the parking spaces but instead take up half the driveway forcing you to go around them. Food: Fusion sandwich on a croissant and breakfast burrito. What you would expect from a small cafe. Drinks: Dragon passion lemonade & pinky horchata. The lemonade was a bit more dragon passion than lemonade. The horchata was the better of the two. Fusion had a huge selection of drinks; that was unexpected for such a small place. Atmosphere: it is a very small dining area and there was a bit of a smell that I couldn't quite identify, yet my sister thought it smelled like cleaning supplies. It wasn't an awful smell, but it was not overly pleasant. read more

Lady taking my order was very nice and helped me figure out what type of bread to go with. Ordered the works sandwich, breakfast burrito with egg and turkey and an oat horchata. Overall I think this place was good! Both of the meals were a big portion - the bacon the use is fresh (none of those thin little microwaved slices) but the oat horchata was decent. If you want a great experience that you will not find anywhere else in Phoenix look no further . This place has the best customer service that is fast with Superior flavor. When it comes to their smoothies and their coffee drinks there is no other place in the valley that can match it. I asked for avocado instead of the chorizo. We brought our own drinks so didn't order any. We grabbed a table on their patio since the sun wasn't over our heads yet. It's nice out there and I think they have some fans going to keep the air flowing, and there was also a natural breeze. Our food came out and they were plated beautifully. My burrito looked good, but it had too much hashbrowns and also there wasn't any chili oil, which was a bummer. Maybe they normally put it on the chorizo so they forgot to add it to my avocado. The egg was runny which I like: The salsa verde was delicious; I love cilantro and it had great flavors. I tried the pancakes and they were fairly rich but I liked the tart lemon flavor and the blueberries, one of my favorite fruits. This is a nice place to meet up (small groups) and I'm glad I visited again.

Taco plate includes rice & beans, while the Tortas include Fries. 2 Taco Plates & 2 Tortas Combo @$16 add up quickly, but the food is always consistently good.
