I found Art and Proview on a random search and I'm very glad I did. He was here initially just to check an electric water heater and small pressure issue. Once here, they discovered we needed the valves replaced in the affected bathrooms. They were very clear and explained in detail why the replacement was needed which gave me enough confidence to go for it. Once the work was completed, Art showed me the removed valve and it was clearly about to go, as he'd warned during his estimate. I'm very happy I trusted his insistence it was a needed repair. It flooded our basement several inches deep and we had to turn off the water to our house to stop the leak.
