Art and Alex have done multiple jobs on our condo. Fixing a leak in our kitchen plumbing, installing a pressure regulator on the whole condo building, and installing a new water heater to replace one that was over a decade old. Each time they've been attentive to detail, and professionally cleaned up after the jobs were done. Upfront about pricing. Would call them again if something comes up.

Thank goodness I contacted these people! Thank you Yelpers, for steering me in the right direction! I got a really good vibe from the guy who showed up. First off he actually called me when he was about twenty minutes away. It was helpful to know he was on his way. Once he arrived he put on plastic shoe covers /booties so that my floors could stay clean while he worked. Then when he looked at my tankless water heater he took the time to explain three reasons it was not up to code. I really appreciate it her he explained everything so that someone completely clueless about the topic could understand. He was a good teacher! I asked him to look at some leaky faucets, shower diverters, etc, and he even explained what was going on with all of them. It was neat for me to learn what was causing the leaks and what other areas could be improved. He also wasn't trying to upsell anything. Once he realized my whole complex has a water pressure reducer valve thing he told me that I didn't really need to get an individual one for my unit. (I had asked about if I could get one beforehand.) He said the HOA just needs to get a new one since our water pressure is too high and the one we have is old. That was very cool of him. This visit cost $89 and I was able to pay via Zelle. I hope when I have them come out fix/replace everything that I get Alex back!

Its safe to say that plumbers get a bad rap, but Proview Pluming were EXCEPTIONAL! We had them out twice for two separate issues (first to hunt down a gas leak and second to fix a clogged kitchen sink) and we were blown away by their expertise and professionalism on both occasions. Not only was the team knowledgeable, but they took the time to explain the issues in Layman's terms so we understood the issues and how they were going to fix them. Arthur and Isaiah were very professional and helped fix a leak under the kitchen sink. They came the day I called and came within the timeframe they gave me. Turns out they had a lot of work to complete on various issues with the plumbing including installing a water pressure valve. I appreciate that they gave me photos and explained what they were doing and why they had to do it.

This Proview technician came to look at my tankless water heater for a possible gas leak situation. He looked at the water heater for a short while, and without even opening up my water heater, he declared i had a cracked heat exchanger in the water heater, and shortly after that the company offered a brand new replacement for $5,000+ , to be completed on the same day. They didn't even bother to look into the warranty situation for my water heater, which carries a 10+ yr warranty on the heat exchanger. Of course, i didn't bite, and hired an honest, licensed professional ( fortunately) to follow up on that, who averred to the soundness of my water heater. The possible gas leak situation was resolved by another honest professional for $289.00, who just had to replace a faulty nut on the supplying gas line, and did a thorough job of testing my water heater using a gas leak detector, read more

I had a water heater issue and tried them out. The scheduled an appointment immediately and changed my water heater. After they were done with the service they check other issues and we came to realized there was a lot more work to be done as the establishment was not working for a few years. They fixed leaks, pipes, and faucets. They have most tools in their trucks so there was no wait time for items to arrive. Fast, efficient, and most importantly clean work! If I could give these folks a 10 star rating, I would! Our water heater crapped out on us a few weeks ago and Art came by and assessed the situation. A few hours later, he had brought and installed a new water and brought all of the connections up to code for gas/water. The response time was stellar and Art is calculated and pays attention to every detail and will explain everything that needs to be explained. He also repaired a main water valve that was not shutting off, which was a huge help. Just today, our heater's pilot blew out (rain? wind? who knows!?) and walked me through relighting it over the phone. I will not hesitate to call Art and Proview Plumbing again if anything comes up and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs repairs. Very satisfied and happy customer. Really good plumbing company. The owner (Art) is thorough, explains what is needed clearly, and comes up with a plan. They are also very fast. Firstly we needed to replace a few outdates fixtures inside our home, Alex came over to fix those right away and worked until after 8pm. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy in his work. I requested estimates from several plumbers, and A-Team Plumbing Services stood out by offering to clear the blockage for a flat $49. Thinking this would be a relatively simple drain-clearing job, I scheduled them to come out that morning. Giulio arrived right on time and attempted to snake the tub drain, but unfortunately the blockage wouldn't clear. He then asked whether we had a cleanout somewhere on the property. We weren't aware of one, so he went underneath the house to investigate the plumbing. What he found was quite a bit more complicated than a simple clog. There was a cracked pipe, aging cast iron, improperly installed and graded ABS, and poorly sealed joints. Essentially, our drainage system was a "Frankenstein" assembly of old and new plumbing that had been pieced together over many decades. While it was still technically functioning, it was clear that we were eventually going to have a much more serious--and potentially much more expensive--problem. The team also brought in a camera to inspect portions of the system, and during that process they discovered a deceased rat inside one of the pipes. Not exactly what you hope to find under your house, but it was another indication of just how much had accumulated and gone wrong with the old system over the years. We ultimately decided to have A-Team install a bullhorn cleanout along the side of the house, which required jackhammering through the concrete. This gives us much better access to the drainage system for future maintenance. Robert, the owner, then came out personally to evaluate the remainder of the system and provide an estimate. Although the larger project was certainly not inexpensive, Robert's proposal made sense: replace the old, mismatched plumbing with a completely new, uniform, properly installed drainage system serving both bathrooms, the kitchen, and the laundry area. We decided it made more sense to address the underlying problems now rather than wait for a major failure later. The work took about five days overall, with roughly three days devoted to re-piping everything under the house. The A-Team crew was extremely professional, courteous, and thoughtful about working in and around our home. They clearly took care with the work and with our property. Robert also offered, at no additional charge, to install a recessed box in the laundry area that would better contain the hot and cold water connections for the washing machine. We ultimately declined because doing so would have required moving the machines and cutting into the wall--and, frankly, we already had enough going on with the plumbing project! Still, we appreciated the offer and the fact that he was thinking about ways to improve the finished installation. Robert's sons, Stevie and Benjamin, helped manage portions of the project from the main office and were very responsive to our questions and text messages throughout the process. We're very happy with the finished result. We now have a completely new and properly installed drainage system rather than continuing to rely on a collection of aging and poorly configured pipes. The project also includes a 10-year parts-and-labor warranty and a two-year clog-free warranty, which gives us considerable peace of mind. What began as a $49 attempt to clear a clogged bathtub turned into a much larger plumbing project, but we're ultimately glad we called A-Team. Giulio's willingness to investigate the underlying problem rather than simply clear the immediate symptom was what led us to discover the condition of the existing system in the first place. We're pleased with the work and would recommend A-Team Plumbing Services to others.
