She sent me the Carfax right away by email! I don't know what other reviewers were talking about no pre-inspection allowed. Jeannie was more than happy to accommodate me in allowing me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic before I ever signed a thing! Most dealers will not let you do this. After I got the "ok" from my mechanic, I let Jeannie know the A/C wasn't working, she would not let me take delivery until it was fixed. I was impressed, this is not your typical lot. When I arrived the next morning, all my paperwork was ready and I was explained everything while Jeannie signed me out. I got the one year unlimited mile, power train warranty and great financing that fit my budget exactly. I told her where my payments needed to be with the money I has to put down and she got it for me.
