I expressed that we were in a hurry. the person I spoke to said he could fit it in. I assumed he meant that day since I had mentioned the urgency of the job. That part is completely my own fault because I didn't confirm a time frame. My main issue was when I called the next day to check on if my fathers urn had been finished I spoke to a different person who when i asked about if it was done and again expressed the urgency of the job he asked "well when do you need it by". I responded with "as soon as possible". He chuckled and said "well what does that mean?". what do you mean what does that mean? it means i needed it yesterday like i had mentioned to the other guy. I wasn't asking for the font to be perfectly matched, or anything fancy. I was literally asking for 4 numbers to I could get an urn to a mortuary to be used. I'm willing to admit I'm not also at fault for some of the confusion on time frame, but guy we are talking about an urn. I just lost my dad, dont be a smart ass with me. we got recommended to a place in Santaquin that got the job done inside an hour and even offered to drive the urn to the mortuary for us.

They are a DIY shop where bikers of all ages come to buy, donate and refurbish bikes. First time going I spent three hours working on a used Raleigh road bike. There is usually 2-3 staff members around and one will usually greet you. The trick here is to Quickly ask questions, find a spot to work at and be patient. The guy working admitted that he wasn't very experienced but together we fixed the bad wheel. Spent about $20 for his assistance. A week later the wheel was off again. I brought it back (2 hours more) and worked on it with a more experienced guy. Spent another $20 Rode it once and off again. Recently found out that they gave me the wrong wheel. Went back but no wheel was available. Great concept and open on Saturdays. You can also donate used bikes here.
