From taking pictures with the bull, to the amazing food and drinks, I had a really good time. The staff were friendly and professional and the band was awesome as well. The rodeo segment was really fun to watch as well as engaging and it made my experience next level. Overall this place was a total vibe!

The "free cover" signs outside, along with the music (that surprisingly wasn't country on a Saturday night) was a big draw for our group. When we walked in, it was packed and people were in various stages of revelry--some were just getting started and some were ready to call it a night. Despite being packed, the venue is actually a decent size and has many different areas for patrons to hang out. The dance floor was popping, which I enjoyed. I like to dance so I hopped right on the dance floor and joined in with the "line dances" going on. Bar service is fairly quick and friendly and drinks are not ridiculously priced (although they are kind of small). While the Thirsty Armadillo would not be my choice of a venue, I would return based on the experience I had.
