I got a response from Mark on 05/11/24, and we talked on the phone for over 5 minutes to discuss the location of the house, the best time to do the inspection, and the prices. He was patient as I asked many questions, and I never felt rushed. We decided to the home inspection on 05/13/24. On 05/12/24, it rained very hard, and I was concerned about the new house since it is located next to a drainage system. Fortunately, Mark was doing another home inspection in the area and dropped by to take some pictures for me, mind you, I did not even ask him to do so. He just thought it was a good idea to do so since he was in the area. He sent pictures and confirmed that the basement was not affected. I appreciate this so much as it gives me a peace of mind. On 05/13/24 Mark, my realtor, and I went to the house for the home inspection. Mark is very thorough and meticulous with everything. He took his time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. He even spent around 5 minutes on the roof to ensure there is no problem with it. He also did the radon test for me.
