They were so personable and kind. They were open to feedback and to expanding their menu based on our requests. We scheduled a 2nd tasting and got sick so we couldn't make it in person, but instead they packaged all of the food for us to do a tasting at home. When it came to the wedding they exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible and their servers were so professional and treated every one of our guests like they were special. Their effort and the quality of their work made our wedding such a special event. My plate was covered in tater tots even though I had specifically said I didn't want them, so they just went straight in the trash. On top of that, the lobster tail was comically small compared to what I've received here in the past. When she set my food down, she said, "Enjoy," and then snickered as she walked away. Those concerns disappeared immediately. The gentlemen he sent in his place were absolutely outstanding and exceeded even my very high standards. They were professional, engaging, personable, and clearly took great pride in what they do. They became part of the celebration and our guests absolutely loved them. And then there's the paella, without question the best paella ever. The flavors were incredible, the presentation was beautiful, and it was the highlight of the event for many of our guests. Honestly, I could eat it every day and never get tired of it. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Gerard and his team delivered far beyond expectations, and I can't wait for the opportunity to work with them again.
