So we came for a drink at the end of the evening... it was 9pm on a Saturday. We usually come out for Kelly on Graveyard so we were curious about swing shifts vibe. Initially, everything was okay, and then we hit a small five spot on keno for 420$. It obviously malfunctioned because it didnt shoot out a ticket and just gave a notice for handpay. This is the point and time when we started getting irritated as we waited for 15 min to get either girls attention. Once we hollered from ​across the bar and another patron waved her over to us she finally came over. Just to have her tell us we had to wait for a slot tech ( which is understandable for a malfunction) but once we waited for 45 min we asked for an ETA. She said she has no idea when we would be helped. I asked so it's an expectation to have patrons wait with no eta ? She said yes or just come back...... I wasn't comfortable with no protocol in place to exchange information...she said the cameras have everything documented. Well that is nice for you guys but that doesn't advocate for us..it was at that point she finally offered to send me a photo of the machine displaying $420. Guess I'll take what I can get at this point because I am leaving. Rhea is whom we dealt with as she said she's the GM. HOPEFULLY this is resolved by tomorrow. Update: we were able to pickup our cash in the morning. Although inconvenient, I understand the bartender being unable to payout from the drawer. Hopefully a smoother system will be put in place in the near future to avoid this inconvenience read more

I can't tell you how many times I've come in for lunch or football only to be told there's no kitchen staff. Sounds like you need to raise the pay rate for people to stay on, or just stop serving food altogether. read more

Been to various PTs across the valley and always great service and staff. Unfortunately, the female bartender on happy hour on 12/19 will favor their friends and will kick you off the machine while still playing while there were other people sitting in the machine but not playing. Never happen before in any other PTs and just left a bad impression and will never return to this location. We had Amanda today (12/22/25) at 6:30ish and she was by herself but awesome!! Unfortunately she had a girl that was so drunk and so loud. We sat on the side bar by the kitchen and there were 2 guys who were being a little loud too but the girl was disgusting!! She wasn't with them but was talking and just being obnoxious by saying how she fuked the big owner and she can do anything she wants! Then there was another guy that stopped by those guys to say hi (this does not matter at all but he was African American and dressed nice and seemed so classy) but then my husband and I heard her her mouthing off to this new guy that was visiting with the 1st 2 guys and called him a f'ing monkey!!!! He got up and was pretty pissed...as he should be!! Seriously?? So lots of loud talking crap but this girl kept going on and on! She even said come over and make me shut up!! He actually started getting more infuriated!!! But he ended up leaving! Believe me I get it...having a few drinks but damn this girl was horrible! When Amanda said she has to leave she immediately yelled at her saying "stop threatening me" Amanda never said anything threatening!!!! I hope this disgusting chic never comes back! This location is close to my house, so that makes it my favorite. ;) It is usually pretty calm- it's a bit off the beaten path, so perhaps that is why. Great food and drinks! Horrible service! I totally get it, most bars are not known for their "hospitality." People come for drinks, pool, gambling, and a chance to get away for a bit. This place has all of that. But hey, this is Vegas. And good food & good customer service has generally become expected to uphold the expectation. I absolutely expect my servers and bartenders, no matter where I am, to smile, be polite, and not roll their eyes or huff and puff when you ask them a simple question. Best PTs in town! I checked out happy hour with my husband and we had a great experience. The place just opened up and it still smells like fresh paint. It's a little smaller than the other PTs in town but hey the size doesn't matter. We sat at the bar and our bartender (who was awesome by the way) was Dan. We ordered the Gilroy pizza and some other apps and everything came out in a timely manner. With the amount of food and the drinks we ordered, nothing beats the happy hour price. I have always liked this place, the staff are usually on point, but I took my sister in, and was served by Mitchy. When she came up I said she was very beautiful. No flirting but after that, it went all down hill. We placed our order, the. Malcolm the cook came out, and he had a bad personality as well. We even commented, are you ok? We asked if we could have a smile, he did everything in his power not to smile or even be jovial. The meal came out timely, and Malcolm did get things done quick, however, Mitchy the waitress never came back. No check up or anything. I literally had to call her for the bill, when I called her, she said "what." She came over and said, "well you taught me a lesson." She smiled in agreement, as to reaffirm her non-existent service. I filled out the slip, and it was a zero tip. I will monitor my slip to see if she fills out the CC accurately. Came here as it was close to my house, the Bartender Rhea was phenomenal, she was very attentive to service and suggested food items as I was hungry and kept my drinks topped off and she's very personable with the clientele. The cook mike came from the kitchen and introduced himself to us and explained the food, the food was hot and spot on. The other bartender Andrew was sociable and very personable. The best experience I've had in the Southwest part of town. I highly recommend this PTs if your in the area. What a disappointment this place was. In Vegas you expect that pub food will be decent. Places like Distill, Steiner's, and Boulevard Grille set the bar for pub grub. This place is well below that bar. The grilled chicken sandwich had zero flavor with fries that were overloaded with salt. The fish in the Fish n Chips was over-breaded and beyond salty. I mean pucker your face salty. The associated fries were too salty and not crisp. The chicken wings were the only bright spot. They were crispy, hot and properly sauced. Unfortunately, the fries accompanying the wings were too salty and not crisp. During our meal, the server/bartender ended shift and just left. Not a word from the server or the replacement. We were sitting there for 15 mins before we realized what happened. We had to go get our own bill at the bar the new server on shift did not seem interested in much of anything. What a waste of 45 bucks and 90 minutes of our time. The only reason it isn't a one star rating is how squeaky clean the place was. Idk which else is still here but the only competent and reliable bartender ever was Mandy. My review from two years ago was only a positive one because of mandy. Immediately after that review the bartenders, and comp system has gotten so lame. I play everyday at so many properties. Bars and casinos. The golden gaming group has no idea how to run their machines. Pts properties doesnt respect locals or gamblers. Only sport heads. Loud annoying people who smoke and blow it in your face are the only people who get the service and attention from bartenders. It's just like a club hangout between jerks. Waiting for a drink or tab, check, bill takes way too long. Tipping anyone is weird because IRS as if they don't really say thank you and try to remember you or help ya out. They take and then give ya a hard time afterwards. I have tipped every bartender 20 before even drinking, playing, ordering, and still get crap service. This place along with other PTs properties wont lose business or money, but I just wont use their card here again or take anyone here. The food quality has gone down along with the ambiance and clientele. The drafts they have are still a plus. And so is the happy hour prices but the price to quality isnt justified. Spend a little more elsewhere for better food and service and be remembered or taken care of. Most properties dont have a jukebox, and also do not have specials better than distill or other local bars. Young people, Casual bar goers, gamblers, retired locals, anyone, just go elsewhere. I only recommend this one or other pts spots if you're in dire need of a drink and food or bathroom and this happens to be the closest one to ya. I saw the sign that said 50% breakfast 6-11am. I'm there! If you like reggae rap this is the place for you. For me it's like way too much rhythm for 8 o'clock in the morning. Pop music please. The omelette was a little overlooked but not bad. The coffee was good and served in a big cup. Can't say much else about the food. You want great bar food go to Timbers. Jeni the bartender was really nice. As is typical for a bartender vs waitress, I needed to flag her for refills. So don't get upset if your not getting a checkin every ten minutes. Remember it's a bar and the bartenders work their butts off as it is. Did I mention this is a bar? So no kids and all the tables are barstool height. I'm also used to having a little more light when I'm eating. Overall it's a great place for a cheap breakfast. Will I return? Probably not. Not because I hated the place. Kyle was our server and did an amazing job ! Very nice and attentive to our needs and always checked up on us ! We love the food at PT's especially the the Gilroy ( pizza ) ! We went into this PT's and sat by the pool table. Waited... Waited so long my son had to go up to the bar and ask for menus. No one was around so he just grabbed menus. Waited... We only saw one person working the bar so we played a game of pool thinking that when she had a minute she would come up. After watching her take care of the other customers, play with her hair, and just walk around the bar we left. We called when we left to speak with a manager and the lady on the phone said that no manager was available. She asked if we were the people that just left and said that she thought that we would just come up to the bar if we needed anything. read more

I'm really surprised this particular PT's isn't considered one of the best burger joints in Vegas. I can't speak for the other PT's, but what makes this location very special is the guy who runs the Kitchen. He goes by the name O..which if I remember correctly, is short for Olympus. From my experience eating out for the last 30 years, this is the difference between good and great places to eat. It's very evident that O takes pride and puts in lots of love into his body of work. We had the Western & Angry burger. Both were perfectly cooked, seasoned and flavored . It was bonkers good! The wings and fries were superb as well. If you live in Vegas, you know recently we have lost a few burger joints (Bachi Burger) that used to provide great gourmet burgers. I'm excited that this PT's has picked up the torch and is providing residents and visitors an exceptional taste experience! My husband and I popped in here to eat dinner while charging our electric car before heading back home to Los Angeles. Wow! What a find! First, great menu, great food, really friendly service. And I mean, unbelievably good fish and chips. The batter tastes like it has malt vinegar already in it. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. Good music playing at the right volume. Windows, but shaded. TVs positioned just right. An abundance of ledges for drinks. Extremely nice women's bathroom with ledges on either side of the mirror, perfect for setting a drink. I came in after work with my dude, we both work grave so we came in for a couple drinks and our bartender was Curtis; super great guy, very easy going and kept the good vibes flowing. Always knew when we needed another round, and offered great food selections! I had the pot stickers and crab cakes which were super awesome the cook also came out and was super sweet and genuine making sure we liked the food. Me and 3 friends came in to eat and watch the Knights game 5 against the Canucks. It was a packed house with only 2 bartenders/ servers. Our bartenders name was Andrew and he was extremely friendly and attentive. Even with a packed bar he was there for everyone with a smile. Where do I begin? Atmosphere is pretty nice inside. Drinks are not bad. Happy Hour prices are nice! Where there is a customer service flaw, is with the bartenders. There were two that stood out the most. One is named Jewel, at least that's what she said her name was. She's s blonde and doesn't ever wear a name badge. The other is a brunette. This past Saturday, we showed up with our friends to hang out and catch up. We all paid our tabs. AA few of us left and a few stayed to shoot pool. I went up to the bar because it was just Jewel and the other brunette working. I stood at the bar for a good 8 mins or so. The brunette kept walking past me and not acknowledging me at all. I was pretty patient and there was absolutely no one at the side of the bar where I was waiting. The brunette went to the other side of the bar and waited on the guys, meanwhile I'm still waiting. The brunette and Jewel are now both at the register. They both started talking about me and then I see Jewel tell the brunette bartender "let's see what she wants". Jewel came up to me and asked me "what do you need". I started to say "Cabernet Sav" and she turned and walked away. I stayed at the bar for a few mins figuring she would come back and she never did. I wasn't done with my order when she snubbed me and walked away from me. After waiting a so long, I walk back to our table to play pool. My friend asked me where were our drinks. I told her what happened to me. After 15 mins, Jewel walked to the table and gave me aa Cabernet. Mind you, I didn't say or ask which one and I had cash in my hand to pay for my drink right then. I told Jewel "thank you, I thought you didn't hear me because you turned and walked away". As she was walking away, I was giving her my money and asked for my friends rum and Diet Coke. She said ok and walked away. We waited and waited and waited for my friends drink. Her husband then goes and orders her a rum and coke. Jewel served him immediately. Mind you, at this time there was only 5 patrons sitting at the bar and one table with people and our group. Not busy at all. Still, I never received my friends drink. I see my friends husband go back and get another drink for my friend and realize by then, I'm ignored again. My friends husband paid for both those drinks. By the time we were done playing pool, I went up to the bar to pay for my one drink. Jewel tells me that I had a tab and I told her that I didn't have a tab because I never asked for one and she never asked if I wanted to have one open. The only tab I had was earlier on when I ate food and I told her I paid cash for that and closed it out. That tab was about $11.38 and I paid with a $20 and left a $5 tip. When Jewel gave me my bill, I looked at it and she charged me for the one rum and coke that I never got. That's when I asked her to remove it because I never got it. Jewel got so mad that she started arguing with me and telling mee that she brought it out to me. She was so loud that my friends heard and my friend thatt II ordered the drink for came over. My friend told Jewel she never got it either. Jewel had such a bad attitude and was yelling and d saying are you going to pay for your bill, I need to leave... etc. She started slamming the bill down on the bar, slamming the cashier drawer and she made such a scene. I was so embarrassed. I tried to calm Jewel down and asked her why was she speaking to me like that. It was the most embarrassing moment ever! We paid for my one cab. My friend actually paid for it for me because my friend had enough off how Jewel was treating me and yelling at me. Everyone that was with me paid their bills and we left. I'm going to file a complaint with the owner of this PT's Gold and hope they rectify this. Jewel said she's been working there for years, and she's served me a few times before. She was out of line, out of her mind, and more importantly very disrespectful to me as a paying customer. I can't believe what happened and if she could treat me like this, I'm sure she could or has treated others like this. She's nasty mean! And as of today 2-28-20, Ashley G says I had a great experience! Are you kidding me. Looks like Ashley G didn't read this review. We called this pts and the staff was so wonderful told us that as long as we knew what channel they would be able to show it, we came in and the bartender (Andrew) didn't hesitate to change the screen for us!!!!!!! I went here for their opening party last week and had a good time until a customer service nightmare at the end. I went out of town the next day and am just getting around to the review, and judging from what I'm reading in other reviews I'm not the only one that had issues with rude bartenders here. First off, I love PTs bars and have been a regular at their PTs at Desert & Eastern and Vegas Valley & Nellis for years. What keeps me going to PTs is their great happy hour prices and great customer service (tonight being a glaring exception). Most of the bartenders that work for them are great! My wife and I go to every opening because it's a cool party atmosphere and we often see friends that work for PTs that we know. Plus they have $50 match play, which is awesome for gamblers like me. We went to the opening of the new location on Martin just a week earlier and had a great time. The Manager there, Susan, is one of the best bartenders I've ever known. Now this PTs on Silverado Ranch looks like most of their new locations, which is to say it's pretty nice inside with lots of HD tvs to watch sports on. As with every opening, the bar was packed and there was a waiting list for the machines. We walked in at 6pm and had to wait a little over half an hour for machines. My hats off to the Manager (think the name was Amanda, sorry if I got it wrong), who was very friendly and did the best job of handling the wait list of any opening I have seen. I had two large draft beers (one of which was their house red) before I was able to get a machine. I then played for about 1.5 to 2 hours, averaging over a dollar play the whole time. My wife played as well, and she doesn't drink and just had water. I had two more beers over the course of my play, and we started to say bye to everyone when a bartender reminded us we had a tab. My bad on forgetting I bought those two beers before I started gambling. I had a good buzz going and am always gambling when I'm at a bar, so I'm used to not having a tab. I apologized and asked for my check. The bartender was a younger Caucasian woman with long black hair (I should have got her name) she hadn't seemed friendly but as busy as they were that's understandable. So I get a check for over $40, when we didn't have food and I only should have had to pay for two drinks. She tells me I had five beers, and I tell her I had four, only two before I started playing. She then argues with me that it was five. I was buzzed, but not drunk enough to forget how many I'd had. My sober wife also saw how many I had, and even commented when I had my Fourth that she would definitely be driving now. So she tells me she will only take two beers off for my play and hands me a check for $24. She was pure bad attitude with us and rude. I told her that even if I'd had five beers (which I hadn't) my wife and I had been playing for long enough to justify the comp, and she then told me we didn't have sufficient play. I was floored. The place was packed, and I didn't see the manager anywhere, so we paid and left as we wanted to go to a friends house who lives nearby. It wasn't until after we left I realized that they were doing happy hour all day, so what's with the $8 a beer on that check? And why would you plan on charging someone for drinks when you saw them gambling consistently? I honestly think that she may have partially mixed me up with another customer since I did change machines at one point. But she was so condescending that I had no want to argue with here over a few dollars. If your slammed in an opening, you should be doing your best to make a good impression and realize you can make mistakes. I felt ripped off and will probably email their corporate office on this one. I only gave them a second star because of the nice Manager. Whoever the bartender is that has no customer service skills and ripped me off needs to go. read more
