I had an amazing experience at the Denny's on 5678 South Rainbow Blvd (Store #9373). This is honestly one of the best Denny's locations in Las Vegas. The customer service here is phenomenal -- the staff is super hands-on, efficient, and really pays attention to every detail. I made a mistake on my order, and they fixed it immediately with no hesitation and no attitude. Everyone was courteous to every guest who came in, and you can feel the positive energy in the whole restaurant. Big shout-out to the store manager Yaz. She jumped in, helped with the situation personally, and made sure everything went smoothly. Amazing leadership. My husband and I enjoy coming to this branch. We always enjoy coming here, aside from closer to home, we love our favorite server Zenaida. She's very nice and always makes her special effort to give that extra service. Very upbeat attitude. We usually come in on Wednesday when she is on duty. My husband loves their Philly cheese- steaks. Very tender. I enjoy their salmon and always tell her not to overcook it. Zenaida always fresh brew our decafs coffee. I have been coming to this Dennys for years now. Maybe once every other week. I left a pair of expensive ray bans here on accident a week ago. One of the waitress told me that I left them and she saved them in the lost and found section. When I came back a week later and was told this, the workers looked and could not find them anymore. Remember, I was just told they were here, now they are not there, and no one wants to help me besides the very nice waitress . The manager did not even come back to me to help Me with my issue. I'm not sure where management but if there's a problem the manager so no where to be found. Even when he is on site he does not address problems. It's sad really because it's so close and the food is usually good. I've run into this myself a couple of times questioning my return. And last night chatting with the neighbor they had had similar experience on Father's Day. They had arrived before the rush and ordered their meal and water to drink. Time passed, more people arrived, then food was served at the other tables. The staff seemed to be avoiding the table. After 45 minutes my friends left for a restaurant interested in serving them. Both of the grand slams that I ordered tasted good/freshly made and was still nice and warm upon pick up. The customer service was fine when I arrived to pick up my to-go-order as well. But I didn't realize it until I arrived at my destination that I received NO condiments whatsoever. NO catchup for the hash browns NO syrup for all of the pancakes, which was extremely annoying because let's face it some meals are made to eat with condiments. Huge example, PANCAKES WITH SYRUP! Furthermore, they didn't give me any eating utensils at all, which was even more so annoying. So now I'm faced with two choices. I can either.... (A): Eat my dry (non-condiment covered) food with my bare hands like a savage... or (B): Wait to get home and use silverware like most proper people in civilize society. Fortunately, for me, I am an extremely proactive type of individual, so I ultimately discovered an individually packaged plastic fork in the glove compartment of my car. which saved me from being hangry (hungry & angry) all afternoon and made my lunchtime actually possible. This situation was caused by human error/a slight oversight, which granted was a nuisance, but still understandable. Hence the deduction of one star as opposed to two or three stars. No. Does this Denny's take its responsibility to good affordable breakfast and execute to perfection? Absolutely. The waitstaff was so helpful and friendly. Our waitress, Berenice, interpreted a question into a suggestion and brought a griddled jalapeño with my Grand Slam. The manager, Iris, checked on us multiple times. Sincere and warm. And the food was exactly what I wanted. Perfect over easy eggs. Good coffee. Well executed sausage. No up charge for eggs harvested on an idyllic farm that may or may not be real. This is the best Denny's I've ever been to and I visit them all over the nation when I travel. The food was great, the place was new feeling and clean and our service was excellent. Everytime I order chocolate beverages, it fails me. They are either too sweet you could make two cups out of it or tastes like water. It almost seems like they do not have a standard to make chocolate beverages. Came in tonight to get something to eat and fill some time before I went home. I like coming to this location because a few of us would gather here on Sunday nights. Really liked the manager. I think Carlos was his name. Anyway, I came in and stood at the counter for awhile. Finally got eye contact with the cook like does anyone work in the front? He said he would get someone. Finally a lady and waiter came out. He helped me. I ordered short stack of pancakes and two orders of ridges fries. Reason I got two orders was because the portion size is very small. So while waiting for my order, I realized something was going on. One lady possible manager,, was back and forth on her phone saying she is shaking this and that, loud. Other lady helped a bit in the kitchen. Then another manager came in to talk to the other manager. Sounded like low staff, the waiter had to stop taking online orders. He was getting too many. That is where I figured some of the drama came from. Food didn't take long to come out. Pancakes were good, fries were hot. I felt bad for the waiter since it seemed like he was doing everything and the managers were not helping him. He is seating people and taking orders. One manager said to him, have you taken their order yet? Been my experience as a previous manager, you can help start the table. Carlos you are missed at night on Sundays. The service was nonexistent and management was grossly incompetent, we entered this Denny's about a month ago and while i went to use the bathroom my brother was seated. He was approached by a man claiming to be the manager and he proceeded to instruct my brother on how to treat my service dog. he told my brother that my 4lb chihuahua service dog could not sit on the bench or chair next to me, the dog need to be under the dirty and unsanitary table per ADA regulations. That is 100 percent incorrect, the ADA regulations actually say the complete opposite. My service animal needs to be next to my face that is how he alerts when I'm having an episode. It always amazes me when service workers pretend they know more about ADA regulations than the person with the service animal. If you are disabled or have a service animal, I would stay clear of this Denny's. I have found one specific Denny's that is very friendly and knowledgeable regarding service animals And that's on Boulder Highway between Harmon and Flamingo. Management they learned the hard way how to properly treat people with disabilities and service animals, but now they comply with all regulations. read more

Denny's is always a favorite of mine. The food is delicious and very affordable. Because of the 25% capacity now enforced in Las Vegas, they do require reservations. Masks on, but only when entering. Our server was super attentive and food arrived in a timely manner. Probably because there were only a few customers scattered about for lunchtime. I feel so bad for our local restaurants as not many folks are dining in. Its always best to be nice to the servers as they are probably not making as much as before our shutdown. Dear Denny's corporate, Z aka Zenaida, aka Zena was a wonderful server And should be promoted to train others on a regional level. Her friendly demeanor made us feel like there was a homecoming even though it is only our second time frequenting this location. She was like my second brain. She brought what we needed even before we requested for the items. For instance, I wanted steak, she would say,"would you like me to bring the A1 sauce?" If we ordered hash brown or over easy eggs for example she would say, "would you like me to bring the hot sauce?" Details that every customer appreciate. She was receptive, responsive and made sure we were taken care of at every stage of our meal. From beginning to end, she made sure we were heard, helped and served. We were having a terrible time w customer service at Walmart. However, after coming to Denny's, Zenayda, turned our whole experience around to a delightful experience. I can even define the experience as refreshingly joyful. We came back today because we knew she would not disappoint. And we were right. The moment we walked in, she waved at us, multiple times with a bright smile. It felt like family was greeting us at the door. It is Christmas and she was beaming with excitement to serve. This is customer mastery at it's finest. A+ on the food and consistency + 6 stars on impeccable customer service! She made us feel like we are at the center of her universe, albeit there whole restaurant was full, busy, and buzzing. Thanks, Zenayda! You made us feel really taken care of. Service at 10pm on 3/29/24 wasn't bad... the lady does need help, and the cook needs to know how to move fast and not take a break in between orders... the couple that walked in just in front of us got their food within 20 minutes then the cook disappeared. We literally almost waited about an hour and still didn't get our food because he decided to start making to go orders before ours. we looked on the screen and didn't even see our order on the screen at all so most likely it got deleted..... very disappointing after a loss at the aviators game.
