Tried this PT's location for the first time after having dinner with my friends. Wasn't very busy at all so we grabbed a cozy booth in the corner. Our server was Heather, she wasn't too friendly or warm which was an awkward start but we laughed it off and just ignored that part of the experience here. Drinks were good, we really liked the vibe & lighting in here. It was a good place to relax and have an after work drink with colleagues. We chose to honor this location by our presence due to its proximity to one of our favorite restaurants. Our arrival on a Saturday was met with an near empty bar and music blasting. Fittingly, there was only one bartender on duty and perhaps 1 or 2 in the kitchen. Notable was the daily 5-7PM happy hour that includes 50% off drinks, in our case house wine, where 4 glasses set us back a mere $20 give or take sales tax and a gratuity. Would we return? One of the bartenders Heather is so sweet and amazing!!. I notice that she remembers every regulars drinks. She'll start making their drinks once they sit down without asking what they want. Heather is prejudiced and extremely rude. She was overwhelmed and there was barely 25 customers in the entire bar. She told my friends they should have "made a reservation" even though that option isn't available on the website or as if that would make up for her horrible service. It's a Tuesday night, there's only 10 customers in there to begin with and you're overwhelmed because 10-12 people walked in at once to be served vodka sodas and beer? I'm confused I thought this was a local gaming bar where the bartenders thrive off random bursts of customers looking to have a few rounds and tip you good. Maybe she just only cares about her big tipper gamers? Either way, gaming bar or craft cocktail lounge I expect to be treated with respect just like I treat you. Was getting an oil change across the street and instead of sitting with everyone else, I jaywalked across the street to PT's Gold. You can never go wrong with breakfast from PT's! When I walked in, there was "mood lighting" and a nice drink of water behind the bar (the graveyard bartender lol) he was so nice and friendly. He did turn the lights up once I ordered breakfast lol I can't imagine working graveyard. I would be so cranky but he was so cool, excellent customer service and he made me laugh at 730am. When his shift changed, the young lady who came on was just as warm and inviting and we laughed about the low lights! Amazing service! There are lots of places to go in Las Vegas/Henderson for a bar/casino experience BUT this particular place is great. What makes it even better is the service. How about one waitress for 35 to 45 people. Sounds like a recipe for disaster right? Not so. The service is GREAT. We are the Las Vegas Cadillac Club and we meet here every 4th Wednesday at 7 pm. They set up the room to the left as you walk in so that it's easy to have a meeting. NO one complains about the service or the place. That's rare. Before setting on this location, we tried a couple of others. Let's just say we were running out of excuses. What's even better is they remember your name and even what you ate or drank. Not a bad PT's Gold location! For a PT's, the service isn't too shabby and the food is consistently decent. There are a few bartenders so you become familiar with the staff and they're all friendly. It opened last year so the bar's still fairly new - the inside is nice, clean, and has tavern like decor. It's never too smoky which is always a plus. There's also plenty of televisions which is nice for watching sports games! I frequent this location for video poker and drinks mostly. It's right on the corner of Buffalo and Warm Springs so it's a convenient bar to meet for drinks in the Southwest part of town. Just don't get a dirty martini. Great place to go for happy hour! The Gilroy pizza was pretty good and their ranch dressing was yum! Drinks came in big mugs and glasses. You don't feel like you're being shortchanged when you're there to get a little buzzed. The place is nice and spacious with lots of TV screens scattered all over. What a nice surprise! this new PTs is located on Buffalo and Warm Springs in SW. When i opened the door i wasn't sure i wanted to enter the Pub because of the strong smell of smoke (I have asthma...) I entered anyway, i was starving! the place was very open and well decorated, Modern and homey.. Feel like a chalet in Aspen I ordered some wings with sweet potatoes fries, and monkey ordered some boneless mild buffalo wing with curly fries my wings were crispy, delicious! service was fast they do not offer the option to select only flap or drums :) (we killed the wings lol nothing left) I expected some homemade Ranch like at Hooters or Wingstop :( they sell Pepsi sodas no Coke waitress was very pleasant and very friendly! seating area offers tables, bar or couches!! I've passed this PTs a couple of times & have been waiting to come in since it opened a month ago or something like that. Came in around 6 on a Wednesday for happy hour! I believe happy hour starts at 5 and ends at 7 - drinks are half off & selected $5 appetizers. I ordered the chicken fries and a snakebite & we had a gilroy pizza for the table. The chicken fries were bomb! I'm not sure if they offer this appetizer at other locations or if it's new but definitely try it out. Tastes just like the one from Burger King! The gilroy pizza always hits the spot. I'm not sure what's all in there but it has sausages & it goes well with alcohol lol. The snakebite was good, can't really mess up beer you know. The service was alright, wasn't exceptional like how others made it seem. The establishment looks much bigger from the outside but it's pretty small when you come in. I'm a little sad that they don't really have any darts or pool tables or anything. It's the closest PTs to my home so I'll probably be back. read more

My friends and I love coming here after work to enjoy ourselves with Lise the bartender. Tonight is the NCAA national tournament and it is slammed busy in here. The bartender is all by herself and the New G. M. Is in the office NOT helping at all. There aren't any food servers in the place but there are people all around ordering food and drinks , so Lise is not only battening but taking food orders and serving them .This is very poor scheduling for a huge basketball game plus out local Golden Knight's play tonight also. The G. M. Keeps walking out but not even trying to help out! Lise deserves a 10 rating for her crazy hard work and the G. M. Should be written up! read more
