FaSt service and The best fries in town! Not to mention a banging cheeseburger and chicken sandwich!

One of my favorite places throughout the Wilmington area.

The staff was very friendly. The cheeseburger was very good. Not to over cooked. And they give you a lot of French fries . The fries are a little greasy for me. But over all a good experience. I would recommend this restaurant read more

This place was across from the hotel I was staying in so I decided to try it out. I walked in and sat down for a while before I realized that you have to go to the counter to order and fill out your own ticket. Would have been nice to have been greeted when I walked in so I would have known that. But I wasn't. None the less, the food was really good!! The fries were perfect and the burger was soooo delish. Pt's is a great place to grab a burger, fries and cold drink. Super service and great food. I enjoy their hamburgers, but really enjoy their turkey sandwich, justs always hits the spot! Now that the weather is finally warming up, will be enjoying the patio seating much more often...Only thing I can say negative, if negative at all, is I get too many fries w/ the sandwich, that a lot of them get tossed.... read more

Pretty Good Burgers, Second best in Leland IMHO but well worth the trip. Draft beer and outdoor seating are a big plus. They have Hamburgers, Chicken, and Veggie options as well as small and large sizes for the burgers. The only part I don't like is having to pay after you are done eating when you have to go the register in the beginning already, somewhat tedious but undoubtedly due to the fact that some people will have more than 1 beer and there is no dedicated bartender on staff. Friendly staff, nice location, consistently delicious, quality, fresh food. Fries are the best on the planet. The burgers are hand-pattied and just like on the grill at home. Grilled chicken slash tastes like it's been made in your back yard cookout. My sister loves their veggie burgers. read more

Friendly service and decent food at good prices. Great sandwiches and burgers. Only subtracting one star because of the quality of the side salad. I understand it is a side salad, but cucumbers and tomatoes that are too large to fit into one's mouth are not appealing. read more

Got home with my burger and noticed that about 1/4 of the patty was missing. Had good customer service from the young guy who called my order out but the two girls at the checkout were rude. Fries were way over salted and my burger was flavorless. I will not be returning to this place. read more

This is an update to my last review. You won't see another from me about this PT Grille location, because my family and I are NEVER going back. Placed an order for take-out and got halfway home to find my son's order, no bun because he's seriously allergic to wheat, included a mangled half burger patty. I did not order a kids meal, and was appalled at the food in his container. Of course I went back and asked about this, and they told me that, and said this has ALWAYS been the case, when you order a 1/4 lb burger, they simply put half a 1/3 burger patty on the bun. Now I may not be a math major, but half a third does not equal a quarter, and I also doubt that no one would notice they have half a burger patty on a whole circle bun. PT's, you can keep your greasy inconsistent fries ( from the same table no less!), I'm not spending another buck at your Leland location! read more

We have eaten here many times in the past and found it to have great service and good food. I am posting this review because on Sept. 30 we had lunch there and were surprised when a guy came to our table asking to fill our drinks with sweat dripping off his forehead and wet, soapy hands. We both turned down his offer to touch our drinks. Then we discovered he was working there as he went behind the counter. He went around filling other customer's drinks even though his hands were dripping wet, his attire was dirty and he was sweaty. When we checked out I asked the girl at the counter if I could have a refill and she started to help me when this guy jumps in and grabs my cup. What surprised me even more was that nobody working there told him to dry his hands or face. I'm not a clean freak but goodness this was more than I could stand. We are not going back because we aren't sure if this guy still works there. read more

We were looking for something quick to eat while traveling and we didn't want the typical fast food. The burgers, hot dog and fries were very good (and not greasy), but it took nearly 30 minutes to get the food. It wasn't very busy (only 2 other tables, and they seemed to be served quickly) so we aren't sure what the issue was with our order. RUDE RUDE RUDE girl took my to go order and then dropped the bag on the table and turned and walked off without a word. Really $14 dollars for 2 burgers. Just the burgers, no fries or drink. Love the fries with the lemon pepper seasoning. The burgers are great and if you want to eat on the healthy side you can always get a whole wheat bun with a black bean burger and a side salad. In my opinion this is one of the better burger joints I have been to read more

if you get a take out...check that they put in condiments. Stuck in hotel without side salad dressing lol...Also dont like concept of being forced to buy a drink or pay drink price for tap water. not going back.good food though.Friendly staff read more

I emailed you on 11/11/16 to give you a chance to make this right and "radio silence"...........so Merry Christmas to your lousy restaurant.....................My wife visited your Leland restaurant on 11/9/16 and came home visibly upset. Apparently her chicken sandwich wasn't cooked entirely and it was raw in the middle, she very nicely pointed it out to the restaurant manager who offered to get her something else to eat but at this point she had lost her appetite. The problem came when they took her plate and she wasn't finished with her fries, she went up to the counter and asked if she could have her fries back and that's when the manager started to take her head off claiming that my wife was giving her attitude and she was going to give my wife attitude. I will say that my wife is one of the nicest people on the planet and she would have never given your employee an attitude she merely asked for her fries back and she explained that she comes to your restaurant at least once a month. Your manager then claims to my wife that she's here all the time and she's never seen my wife before, basically calling her a liar in a loud voice in front of the rest of the patrons in the restaurant. Your cook on duty at the time to his credit tried to help my wife but at this point she just walked out the door as your manager continued to shout at my wife, if you give me attitude I'm going to give you attitude. I find this behavior unacceptable and deplorable that any human being in a position of so called authority would treat a customer like this. PS. I would have given you negative 5 stars but that option wasn't available. read more
