There were a few things on the cocktail menu that were not available but he guided us to other options. We started with the Mac & Cheese Bites which were delicious. Though I really wish they had some potato skins and mozzarella sticks on the menu, too. When I think about fall football at the local pub, those are the snacks I most enjoy. For dinner I had the fish & chips which was awesome. It looked like a heavy batter, but it was so light. The fish was cooked perfectly, and the batter crunched so nicely. The French fries were wide steak fries, which were good and crispy. I usually like my fries a little overdone and skinny, but these fit the meal very well. The second time, we went for lunch again, and brought the fish we had caught on an excursion that morning (snapper, trout, whiting, I think). They can prepare it in multiple ways and we chose to do half fried and half grilled. It was delicious! Note that whenever we have visited, it has been for lunch so I can't speak to the evening atmosphere, but during the day it's very laid back, and often mostly locals. My husband declares it's the best grouper sandwich he's had, and he says that on every trip, even though we go to other restaurants.

The bar is a great size for enjoying drinks and cocktails. We brought our own Sheepshead Fish, and the chef cooked it for us. It was absolutely delicious. We ordered the chicken sandwich, potato tots, bruschetta, mozzarella sticks, and fish tacos. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely return.
