Another good lunch with four couples. A few people were sitting at the bar. Children were with families. On a Sunday the noise level was loud, but we could still hear to talk. Maddie took our drink orders first, served those, then took our food order. She was great. Sandwiches included fries. The three Shrimp Tacos were delicious. The Short Rib Melt was on nice thick bread. The large arugula salad with Burrata had large croutons, and the turkey Reuben was piked high. All were made very good. The Breakfast Skillet had overcooked or dried potatoes and too many of them. The eggs and sausage were good, tho more sausage was needed. Overall we enjoyed our time, and had a nice picture taken of us. Reservations recommended. Walk-ins welcomed. read more

ADVICE TO THE OWNER: Please take French Fries off of your menu. If you're not going to make them right, then just stop serving them. We've been going to your restaurant since the first week it opened and up until last week (Feb 2026). Your fries are consistently, terrible. Food we got the chicken dip appetizer. Chips were perfect and the dip was good. Needed something a little more to make perfect but was good. The marshmallow manhattan was probably best manhattan ever had. I'm not a big fan of vermouth and it was a perfect blend of all the flavors. We also got the short rib sandwich with truffle fries. Sandwich was super tender on the meat and flavor was great. Truffle fries needed a little less of the oil. Was a pool at the bottom of tin my fries were in so didn't get to eat all my fries. 1/5 Stars - if you are coming with any allergies - close the door - you won't be considered. This was an incredibly disappointing and concerning experience. My husband is gluten free for medical reasons. When he ordered, he specifically confirmed that everything, including his beer, was gluten free. Despite that, the bartender served him a beer that was not gluten free. When we pointed it out, the bartender simply said, "Sorry about that, I'm new here. I don't know that stuff." A dietary restriction like gluten isn't something staff can afford to guess about. If you're unsure, you should ask someone before serving a customer. The shift leader's response made the situation even worse. She rolled her eyes, seemed annoyed that she was called over, and said, "Okay... sorry. I'll take the beer off." There was no genuine concern that a customer had been served something they specifically asked to avoid. The manager eventually came over and apologized, saying that he needed to better educate his staff and that the mistake was ultimately his responsibility. However, after a frustrating discussion, he told us he would comp our meals, but that we needed to "take care of my staff," even though neither employee involved offered a sincere apology or accepted responsibility for the mistake. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they're handled. Serving someone the exact item they asked you to avoid, then responding with indifference and expecting the customer to reward poor service, is unacceptable. If your restaurant advertises gluten free options, your staff should be properly trained on what is and is not gluten free. This experience left us with very little confidence that dietary restrictions are taken seriously here. read more

Cute place with a good draft list. Tables are a bit tight together but maybe that was because we were there around happy hour. Got good recommendations from our waitress with the beef stroganoff and the short rib pierogi. Don't really love short rib but I liked the combo of meat and potatoes. The goat cheese was a bit off but with a side of sour cream, really good. And my husband loved the beef stroganoff. Certainly a higher end version and tasty! We will be back but during HH to take advantage of the deals! Also no outdoor space which is a bit of a bummer but a nice garage window for some cool air. read more

I think other reviewers are a little hard on this place. It's a nicer than usual pub atmosphere with really good food and service is a bit uneven (meaning depends who you get) but if it's a busy night just have a little more patience than usual understanding that many people are stopping the servers just for a drink or two so makes it more challenging to get food orders taken and into the kitchen but I thought the service was fine under the circumstances though a friend didn't think so. I'll definitely return as the atmosphere food and prices were all great! read more

This is a cute spacious pub. They have a great beer menu and a few fun weekly specials: Taco Tuesday Wine Wednesday Ramen Thursday Their happy hour is Tues-Fri 3-6pm and have 1/2 of apps during that time. We got the chicken wings, pub burger and beet salad. The wait staff was quick and polite with orders and our food came out in a timely manner and the food was good. Parking in the area of chagrin is a mess. I wish they had specific parking spots for this place. read more

Michael was our server. We went for a late lunch. Friday date time. They weren't overly busy at 1 pm, but had a handful of tables and people at the bar. They had a great beer list and full bar. They also offered a Lenten menu. Ordered the pretzel, clam chowder, tuna melt and poke bowl. Since it was local, I ordered the 8th day fall of the black knight porter. The Porter was awesome !!! The poke bowl was really tasty. The tuna was fresh and the say e over tortilla chips was really good. My husband liked his clam chowder, tuna melt and fries. This was unexpected. For some reason, friends have told us that that didn't have the best time here. We had a pretty good time, with good food. The environment is LOUD! But once you're seated and talking, it fades away, just becomes part of the environment. We started with Poutine fries....they were so good! The fries were tossed in gravy rather than having it poured on there. I would have wanted the cheese curds to have melted more, but it was a great combo! I had the rib melt, good portion of meat, bread was thick, maybe a little dry. They do give you horseradish aioli but maybe some of that gravy would be amazing with this dish. I also got a side of truffle fries for extra $2, not sure if I noticed the difference. She got the chicken taco ‍, it was okay. It was moist and flavorful. Great beer and cocktail list. We'll be back, we plan on sitting at the bar and enjoying some drinks and poutine fries. I believe the owner suggested to get it with the short rib next time. We may just do that! read more

The menu options here aren't too bad, but the prices don't always match up to the amount we get. I got the Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken and was disappointed with the size of the dish. This cost $20+, but it wasn't worth it because the Mac and cheese part didn't have much flavor to it. At this price, I would expect them to bake it with some brown showing like other places do. The best and only good part of the Mac and cheese was the buffalo chicken, which tasted great. They should sell just the buffalo chicken on its own because I wish I could order just that. I had to order the pierogies, which tasted alright - not bad, but they could easily be frozen ones that were reheated and piled with toppings and sauce on top. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich actually came with a decent amount of chicken, so that's probably one of the better items to get here. I noticed someone else ordered the tacos, and they looked like they came on single flour tortillas, which isn't appetizing to me. Luckily, happy hour started when we were still there, so I got to try the truffle fries. I enjoyed both the sauce and cook on the fries. I wish there were more items to choose from on their happy hour food menu. read more

Pub Frato has quickly become a favorite, casual dining option for us in Chagrin Falls. Brunch and dinner are reasonably priced and we love sitting near the fireplace. Family friendly environment and kind staff. I do wish they had more gluten free options on their menu. read more

The calamari was good, but not so great that we talked about it afterwards. One of us had the hamburger with Brie and said it was probably their new favorite hamburger. The fries were pretty good but could be crispier. The mac and cheese (short rib and Buffalo chicken) were amazing. The short rib melt was also good! Sunday Brunch: Our order was Berry Brioche French Toast & a Short Rib Melt with French Fries. Coffee and orange juice to drink. The serving sizes were good. The food taste was good. The Short Rib Melt was very flavorful and tender. The fries were only okay, just a fresh cut they could have been hotter. My brunch companion ordered the French Toast berry free with just maple syrup. The maple syrup was scarce. There was a nice flavor but was a bit dry. After we received the food, no one came back to check on us. No refill on coffee. The ambiance was very nice, and the bathrooms were very clean. There were plenty of servers who were enjoying each other's company. Everyone was pleasant, just no follow-up. For not being busy, the customer service could have been better. Visiting from California. Fell in love with Chagrin Falls. Small town charm and there is an actual water fall that is close to the location. Ordered the Pub Burger and it was the bomb. Patty is super juicy and vegies are fresh and crispy. For dessert we had the Brownie. The portion is huge, four people can share. Our server is also lovely and always checks on us if we need something. Overall the experience is great. Wish we have a place like this in California. read more

Atmosphere is pretty cool, service is respectable that is about the only positive I can state. Thursdays they have BBQ. Who am I to pass up BBQ. Well I should have. 27 $ for oven baked ribs. Not even a dry rub on them. Spectacularly dreadful. The corn bread was some how not good, stale. The slaw was decent. They have truffle fries that they have the nerve to charge 14$ for. There was nothing truffle about them. Just run of the mill fries that you can order at any dive bar in the 216. The shrimp tacos looked pretty pedestrian as well. Woah. This place is awesome. Amazing service and friendly staff. Came on a Sunday football afternoon and they had the games on the screens. It's not a sports bar by any means but very sports friendly. Nikki was our bar tender and was great. I ordered the blackened chicken sandwitch. Great flavor and chicken was cooked perfectly. I had order the truffle fries but the regular fries came out. Quickly fixed by friendly staff. The only reason this is a 4 star review is that the bloody mary I had ordered was a pre mix zig zag. Nikki crushed it by adding some spice and topping it with well cooked bacon, pickle, jalapeño, and an olive. I would love to see a bit more creativity. I'm writing this review solely on customer service because I cannot give feedback on how the food was. The reason I can't give feedback on their food, is that we never ate. It was Sunday mid-day. There were very few people in there and only one or two people seated at the bar. We sat at the bar and waited for over 15minutes, as one server/bartender, after another, after another, walked in front of us.
