What do i need to register my truck to sell in this auction and how much do you guys charge?

Just bring in the truck, the title and keys to our lot. Title must be in your name. We charge $25 to run it in an auction. We can help you determine the value and you can set a minimum amount to sell it for during the auction.

He provided a list of cars for sale on the lot, along with pricing and miles. The layout of the lot is such that you can drive your own car down the lanes, which is great for the mobility-limited folks like me. It was worth the drive up here, because they have a big selection of cars, but what is on their lot for sale is what didn't sell at auction. That means that many of the cars are "rough." The public is welcome to attend their monthly auction, and they will conveniently send texts to remind you when it's coming up. We needed a car sooner, so couldn't really wait a few more weeks for the next auction. My guess is that the vehicles offered at auction are probably in better condition than the leftovers. Duh, Captain Obvious here. We left with the intention of returning, but we needed to eat and while out we stopped by another local dealer just to quickly check it out. Well, that was a good choice, because my husband FINALLY found his car. I highly recommend that anyone in the market for an inexpensive used car check this place out if you are in the Austin area. I'd like to check out a monthly auction just out of curiosity, even though we're no longer in the market for a car.

I called and left a message Monday morning and received a call back from the owner, John Phillips. I pass by his lot every day coming and going and noticed that he always seemed to have lots of nice looking stock on hand. I was in the market for a late model Infiniti and noticed that he had several on hand. When John called me back, I delivered my typical "This ain't my first rodeo speech," so as to let him know that I was not going to be a push over. John was very humble and friendly, it was immediately apparent to me that working with him was going to be fun and easy. After speaking on the phone a few times, curiosity finally got the better of me and I stopped by after work. John is a man's man who loves to talk about fishing and his kids, and we got along famously. He presented me with several options, and earned my trust by revealing several aspects of the deal that are normally kept from customers. It was an educational experience, even for someone like me whose bought several cars and has friends who have their dealers license. The car had some minor imperfections, but John made some calls and got me taken care of. As it turns out, this is not his first rodeo either and he is incredibly well connected, and apparently incredibly influential with his business contacts as he was able to get me some nice freebies and discounts. Having purchased 10 cars since moving to Austin, most of them at Austin Infiniti, I had a good basis for comparison for rating a car buying experience. John and Texas Auto Ranch are far and away the best I've ever encountered, and because of integrity, his personality, and his willingness to go above and beyond, he's earned a customer for life. Here are some pointers: 1. Call him first to find out if he has what you want, or visit his website. 2. He may be able to find what you want if he doesn't already have it. 3. Be nice and you'll be amazed at the level of service you receive. 4. Give John a shot at your financing even if you already have your own lined up. He could have saved me some money, as it turns out. 5. Compare his prices to anyone in town; you'll be amazed. 6. Tell him that you contacted him because of his YELP page, so he'll believe me when I tell him it will actually increase his sales.

Thankfully I found John this time! I was looking for a newer model Infiniti G37 and found the perfect one on AutoTrader. The price was lower by a few thousand than any of the other similar listings and I was a little apprehensive about buying from a small dealer. I emailed an inquiry and John called me back right away. Within 45 minutes I was test-driving my perfect car! Later that day I decided that I wanted it but the only thing I was concerned about was the black interior and John offered to have the windows tinted...the deal was made! I went home filled out the credit app and was approved immediately. John said all I need to do is come in and sign. The next day John took it to the Infiniti dealer to get another key made and then to another place to get the windows tinted. I came in the day after that, signed the paperwork and was out the door in 15 minutes. No trying to upsell me, no BS to deal with. Just straight-forward honesty. So refreshing! If you are looking for a specific car and he doesn't have it, let him know what you want and he can find it for you. Save yourself a lot of time and contact John first! I know I will be calling him when my daughter turns 16 for her first car. I will not go anywhere else from now on!

The cabin air filter is completely dirty, leaves all over it completely black, most of the interior lights don't work, the seat are torn which is why seat covers are there, the left fog light is broken, the right low beam light is out, but overall I did want a project car though. Only thing I didn't like is how they upcharged I believe 4K from the online price and stated the price of the car which was actually 2k less on their website but overall loved the interaction and the car so I'm happy!

They sell lemons and are completely fine with doing so. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would in a heartbeat! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We recently purchased a vehicle from them and have regretted it since the first week. The owner, Ray, is a complete money-hungry moron and a liar. Jan, the rude office lady, also goes behind Ray's back to try to make deals and promises she cannot keep. (For example, telling us she have the mechanic switch the tires out when Ray wasn't around because the ones on the vehicle were completely bald.) It is clear that she has to do things like this often because he is okay with selling broken and unsafe vehicles. When purchasing the vehicle we were told there was nothing wrong with it and even "I would purchase this car for my own son." Within 2 months the vehicle has left my daughter stranded four times due to multiple issues...everything from power steering belts to radiator to AC issues. They have kept the vehicle several times to "make repairs" per our warranty and then promise there are NO error lights on only to find out there are EVERY SINGLE TIME. They do not communicate and then will talk to you crazy when you are upset that you have no idea what's going on with the 7000 vehicle you purchased. On another occasion while keeping the vehicle "for repairs" for another 3 days, they used all the gas (a full tank) and Mr. Cheap walked across the street to put $10.00 back in it ONLY after we brought this to his attention. After all of these issues, the car broke AGAIN. This time, after a lot of pleading, we were told (by Ms. Jan AND Mr. Ray) that the vehicle could be traded and we could pay or finance the difference on a newer vehicle. The finance paperwork was complete, and we were waiting on the insurance agent. During this time, Ms. Jan decided to run her smart mouth again and try to speak to my daughter in a very rude manner stating that "In the real world...." She is extremely belittling and jut plain rude because she dislikes her job and her boss. She was screaming, crying, and yelling about how stressed she is and how her blood pressure is high. (again) Mr. Ray then decided he was going to change his mind and not allow us to switch the vehicle out and this was also after we brought our own mechanic to show him what was wrong with it. He then told my daughter to "leave his property." I called to ask about the plates (it's been 3 months!!!) and he hung up on me after I told him legal action would be taken. This place and the people in it are complete TRASH. Please, please, please take your hard-earned money anywhere but here.
