We sat outside on their patio and enjoyed our meal. Our server was attentive and the food was good. 3 of us had burgers and all liked them. They come with fries and you can sub truffle fries or sweet potato fries. All fry options were really good. The burger was good. Not the best, not the worst. I would have it again but it's not like it's on my mind and I'm dying to get back there to have another. One friend had a Caesar salad and said it was really good.

Great staff, environment and food! Best (elk) meatloaf I've ever... Greta makes the most amazing old fashion in Crested Butte!

We arrived for dinner around 6:30 p.m. on a Friday and were worried we would have to wait, but we were seated right away. It seemed like we got their last available table as it was a 6 top, but happy the hostess let us have it rather than wait for a 2-top. We were seated by the door so it was a little chilly but it was not too bad. We were seated right by the window so we could people watch. We ordered two dinners. An elk meatloaf with a salad and then the special which was a 10 oz sirloin steak, with mashed potatoes and red beans. Both dinners were tasty! unfortunately, the steak did not have any veggies on the side. it was a protein heavy meal. Delicious, but needed something green to accompany it. Overall, the meals were cooked well and were delicious! In addition, we attended a concert in the downtown concert venue. Small and intimate. Great sound and such a wonderful experience!

This place is a MUST if you're ever in crested butte. The atmosphere, service and food are just impeccable. We went for a late lunch probably more towards dinner I would say. When we got there we were immediately sat and we sat in a booth right by the window. Each table already has some fresh water and glasses for you while you wait for your server to come. When our server came I ordered an old fashioned, which omg they made amazingly and I will say I had 4 (haha I was on vacation and got a little tipsy lol) but they were just soooo delicious. For our appetizers I ordered the Brussel sprouts and my daughter got the fried pickles. The Brussel sprouts came out perfectly crispy, tossed in whatever sweet stuff they used (the best) topped with a ton and I mean a ton of bacon lol I was there for it! The Brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly the crisp was perfect and the flavors were sweet. I did not try the fried pickles so I can't speak on those. For my main entree I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was nice and crispy and had a nice flavor to it and paired perfectly with their tartar sauce, and the amount of fries you get with it is ridiculous lol not in a bad way. They were good as well but the star of the show was the fish. The inside of the restaurant is super cool tbh it looks industrial to me and old. The bathroom is down stairs and I saw another room down there so idk if that was more seating. Our service was AMAZING!! And the food came out so fast! I will definitely be back if I'm ever in town. Wish I could give this place a 10

Great brewery in town! The vibe is great and our server was super kind. We were seated immediately. The brussel sprouts were amazing! I had a the burger and it was cooked to my liking & I was able to sub for a gluten free bun. Definitely recommend.

Corn dip left and Poutine, both good!

Cool Colorado saloon with a contemporary vibe. They have a nice selection of beers and I enjoyed their Poutine. The corn dip was also yummy, and service was friendly. We'd definitely go back!

Very chewy tri tip. Do not wait longer than 30 min for this place if you can avoid it.

Very busy, so no point going if you can't spend the afternoon. But the food is well worth the wait.

We took two seats at the bar and were lucky enough to have Tina helping us, she was so friendly and knowledgeable, really a gem. We started with the fiery passion and the rum sour and were impressed by the complexity of flavors in both, the fiery passion was a real winner, with a taste of passionfruit, and the habanero pineapple in the rum really coming through, but not in a overly sweet way, just enough. The chili sugar rim was a unique way to really set it over the top. The rum sour was also delicious, the Demerara, giving it almost a hint of an old-fashioned, but keeping it light and foamy throughout. Such an incredible set of cocktails. I also had the tomato bisque soup, it was so yummy and cheesy, and the staff were nice enough to bring out some local made bread toasted on the side. Then, Tina made us her own special cocktail, a take on a strawberry spicy rum, with an egg white to give it a delicious foamy texture. All the drinks are delicious, and Tina noted that they were the strongest cocktails in the area, with 2 1/2 shots per drink. We were definitely feeling fun and talkative as we were leaving. This place was so upbeat, with games to choose from, but still keeping a refined mountain vibe. We tried to go back again the next day, but had finished earlier and the bar didn't open yet! Bummer. We don't find our way to crested Butte often but next time we are there, it will surely be a stop.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at High Alpine Brewing…read more We chose this brewery because we thought it was pet friendly, especially since they have a large outdoor upstairs patio. When we arrived, we were initially told dogs weren't allowed. I explained that our dog is extremely well-behaved and simply lays quietly under the table. The hostess said that was fine and seated us at a table right next to the outdoor area. After we sat down, three different employees approached us asking whether our dog was a service animal, even though another staff member had already approved her being there. By that point, we felt singled out and uncomfortable. The final employee was particularly rude and suggested we could tie "it" to a tree if we wanted to eat there. Referring to our dog as "it" and suggesting we leave her tied outside was shocking and unnecessary. Rather than continue feeling unwelcome, we decided to order a pizza to go. We had planned to stay for drinks, appetizers, and dinner, but instead we ate in our car. The prosciutto pizza was decent, but it was much saltier than we expected. At that point, we were just hungry and wanted to leave. What was most disappointing wasn't the dog policy itself--businesses are absolutely entitled to set their own policies. It was the inconsistent communication and the way we were treated after being told it was okay to stay. Instead, the experience left us feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

I came with my flight crew (just a couple of pilots in addition) and we just sat at the bar. I had the kale rotisserie chicken salad. The peanut dressing does have soy sauce so it is not gluten free, so they brought me a champagne vinaigrette instead. It was delicious. I got this during the cyclospora outbreak, because I'm a wild person now lol but they assured me they only get quality ingredients and super clean all veggies and fruit coming in. My pilots got the meatballs, creamed corn, and deviled eggs and they LOVED them.

They are pet friendly and have outdoor seating! Servers were very friendly although the serving can take a bit longer, depending on how busy they are. The French Dip came with lots of prime rib and a cup of Au jus, with horseradish to cut down on the heaviness. Crispy chicken sandwich was my favorite! It came sliced in three so the portion was massive. The chicken had more of a Japanese katsu style breading on it so it was super crispy. The burger was also a solid choice. Great bun to filling ratio and the spicy slaw was a complemented the burger well. The fries were pricey and I didn't realize that they weren't a side but an appetizer, but these fries were super crispy and delicious. You could tell that they were fried freshly on the spot. The creamy sauce it came with paired well with them! Deviled eggs were savory and had a kick from the pickle relish. This was my first time eating creamed corn and I liked it! It was warm and creamy, with a slight kick from the jalapeño slices.
