Other storage centers were charging ridiculous rates! One place had an intro rate of $65 a month for 3 months but then the rates jumped to over $250 a month! This was pretty common until I found Epic Storage. They had a great intro rate and then a special if you buy 4 months you get 2 free which we could stack with the intro rate! It was an amazing deal and the relief of the unit being paid up front meant I didn't have to remember/worry about another monthly bill. The site was clean, cool and well maintained. I loved that the only way to enter the property is by the app and being granted access through Epic. There are indoor units, 2 floors and you only have access to your floor. Plenty of carts to move your stuff and the staff is great. I've dealt with a few of them, from sign up to adding a month they are all very friendly! I highly recommend this place for your storage needs. Best price, best staff and best security in my opinion!

Joy gave me a tour, explained everything with important details and started the rental process. Her coworker completed it the next day as Joy was off and I purchased the rental insurance for $12.00 a month and I paid a prorated rent for the rest of April plus a onetime account set up fee of $29.00. The next day my family and I moved my belongings in. We reserved their truck from 9:00-12:00, but called to request an extension of two additional hours. Joy upon greeting me at the storage facility, told me we could have the truck until 4:00 or 5:00 pm as there wasn't anyone else requesting it. The facility is nice, new and clean. The units are indoors and heated or cooled depending on the season. I recommend Morningstar Storage. I am a satisfied customer!

Moved last week from LA to LV with literally nothing but a small suitcase and even less time. I…read moreplanned to the minute my move - film in the morning in LA, drive to LV, go to Costco and furnish from top to bottom a new place. I needed my furniture including TVs to arrive before the internet install scheduled between 1 and 3. I am a single broad and also know I can't really carry much - even if I had a car big enough for a 70 inch TV. Without internet, I am literally unable to work so a delay or breakdown in any of my plan would have driven me to a hotel until Cox could have rescheduled = expensive! So I called Costco and they referred me to Favorco. Joel answered the phone and I laid out my plans while I was driving like a bat out of hell from LA to LV, praying I made it to Costco before it closed. I explained I needed pickup first thing the next morning and delivery before Cox showed up. It was awesome the way Joel signed right up for my crazy plan. He said "yes ma'am we will make it happen" And he did. With style. Not ONLY did they deliver $6000 worth of desks, chairs, bed, couches, TVs and stands - a full house of Costcp - they offered to SET IT ALL UP FOR A TINY FEE! I was so happy, I was really just trying to figure out how I was going to unpack boxes and carry the stuff upstairs, one piece at a time...but they would assemble and setup!?! Oh yes. So then he broke the news - the price. I would have paid double and HAPPILY have done it. Honestly I dont remember the total but it was under $400 and I was expecting 8 or $900 for the work they did. I still keep expecting them to call back and tell me they made a mistake and under charged me. They left my house at 12:45 - just in time for Cox. I looked around at a place I could actually live, no heavy labor left. It was spectacular. Cox showed up, put me in order and I started living my life immediately. It was like the best choreography of my life. Oh yeah, the desk I bought was part glass and it arrived shattered in the box - Joel cleaned up the glass, removed the desk, returned it to Costcp and brought back a new one - which he then assembled! All part of that already stupid low fee. I was blown away by the service. Joel and his workers are the real deal - tip them well because they deserve it.
