There are 2 locations in Pasadena, and although the Arroyo Parkway location has nice employees, the other Pasadena location has a horrible and rude female manager. She calls if you get behind on payments and she is beyond Smug and rude! SO HORRIBLE, that I have called the Corporate office and told them what an awful representative she is for their company. They don't care! Even worse, their prices have gone up twice in two years and are outrageous. I wish I had paid attention to the reviews before going there. They can manipulate them anyway! Again, Fernando is wonderful there, and the managers have been nice, but the price just keeps going up every few months. And when you make a payment online, they are not including the total amount and cause you to immediately get charged literally hundreds of dollars more with additional fees.
