Destructive, Do Not Hire…read more I don't like giving bad reviews, but I had to give this one. My ex-wife hired Boxx Boys to move her personal items out of my house a week ago. During the move, the team drove their moving truck onto my lawn in the rain and damaged my lawn with their truck and furniture dolly. Worse, they brought their dolly into the house and used it on my vintage hardware floors without putting anything down to protect them first. The floor is now permanently scratched in the pattern of the dolly's wheels. I'm not sure if my ex-wife has contacted them yet to file a complaint, but I thought the Yelp community should know about my experience with this company. If this company is truly better than the team they sent, I hope they'll contact me to make amends. If they do so, I will post an update here so the community can see how this company responds to negative reviews. Instead they decided, after I requested a replacement, to glue it back together with JB Weld. They said they couldn't find the same model on eBay. Weeks past. I withheld payment. They delivered the glued tv and I paid them wanting to settle the issue. A few weeks later the tv separated from its base falling monitor first on the floor. I called the company and their response was "we will call you back". I called back, they didn't. It's been over 5 months. Good company if you don't encounter any problems.
