Only until I discovered the leak and the damage had been done, did anyone 'admit' to the leaks. Apologies are nice, but nothing can give me back the heirlooms that were ruined! Just beware if you rent there. Furthermore, it wasn't condensation (my things were not touching the walls, but a true leak in the seam of the roof. Sorry, Sherman.

The friendly lady working in the office Jeanette worked efficiently fast in getting all my information and paperwork done. This facility was the cheapest in the area, the closest to my house and had a lot better reviews. This was by far the most accommodating and nicest staff I've ever come across. They are diligent about contacting you about any changes. They took care of me and helped me out on several occasions above and beyond what they needed to...I won't site examples because I don't want them to be bullied into doing the same for everyone that demands the same. But they really were so accommodating. If it weren't for that fact that I spent several years paying for a storage unit in a place I was not coming back to, I was actually sad to leave the place. Wondering when would there ever be an occasion for me to come back to army street storage unit? I actually had to have them cut off my lock because I couldn't remember my code ‍. They do it for a very fair rate, immediately on site. The actual moment he cut all the way through the lock I screamed that I found the code on my phone! We had a good laugh and he helped me acquire a new lock to temporarily keep my stuff safe. Great staff. Very reasonable prices. Accessible units (no riding an elevator and using annoying carts over and over just pull your car through the gate and right up to your unit). Also seem to allow storage of vehicles if that is your need. I Highly recommend!
