This storage facility was extremely clean in the many years I rented from them. Easy to access and the people working there for the last 2 years were very friendly, caring, and empathetic. In the first few years, they had an issue with junkies leaving needles around which is a hazard for obvious reasons. The needles somehow got into locked units which was confusing but the owner said they would shove them in. I think they have this under control now because the place is virtually spotless as far as storage places go. I had to leave because of the location and constant rate hikes. If they had more competitive prices I would have loved to have stayed. read more

The space itself was decent and was an adequate space for what I needed. I only used it for one month after moving to the SF Bay Area and not having a place to live yet. Moving in was easy and moving out was even easier. The lot seems very secure and well maintained. The manager lives on-site and she seems pretty dedicated to making sure everything there is on point. After I made my reservation online, she called to ask if I had any questions and they were very flexible with my move-in date as I ended up arriving one day later than anticipated. Overall, a great place. I took advantage of their first month free deal, and only had to pay for the insurance, taxes, and fees.. there was no obligation to stay past one month. After a lot of shopping around we found this gem. We couldn't have asked for a better storage space. Price, location, and ease-of-use made for an ideal situation. The manager not only gave us all the information we needed but made us feel our stuff was safe and secure. She lives on site and is there practically 24/7. We managed to grab a 5 x 10 space for $85 a month with the first month free. We were also able to use their moving truck for four hours to move our stuff which saved us time and money. Boxes here also more convenient and cheaper than other places. They have the cool handles to make lifting them a lot easier. One last thing that was nice was the fact that everything is on the first floor ......no need for stairs. We highly recommend this place and would use them again in the future. read more

It has taken me about a week to write this review, and I'm still speechless because words just doesn't do any justice. I've never experienced customer service at such an exceptional level. From me calling to inquire about a storage space to me almost missing my flight and Charlene making sure I was able to get to the airport. Charlene is truly an angel! Long story short I was parking my car to travel back home for a few weeks, so I'd have to walk to the entrance from a really far space. Charlene sent someone in the golf cart to get me and my bags. Crazy huh, well that's not even the half of this story. I get to the front, attempt to call 2 Uber's epic fail due to language barriers and poor sense of directions. I'm panicking because my flight leaves in less than and hour. Charlene, over hears me and sees the frustration in my face, then comes outside pop her trunk and tells me to load my stuff, she's taking me to the airport. I was shocked at couldn't believe what was happening. I thanked her as I fought off tears and offered her gas money. She simply decline. We made it to the airport just in time. She then proceeds to help me get my things give me the most sincere hug and wished me well! If it hadn't been for her, I would've missed my flight! Charlene was excellent from start to finish! ALL BAD. Ok where to begin.when you first go and get a storage unit its all good but once your locked into the contract, it goes from good to what the hell just happened. Our next enconter with manager charlene was completly opposite of her exert here in the yelp app. The manager charlene came out at 10:00pm, completly out of control and un warranted, began yelling at my girlfriend. telling her shes calling the police and she had better leave now. ( charlene didnt even try to offer to help her)She tells the manager she cant get the vehicle started. Manager charlene said she didnt care and she had better leave now. I was around the corner and went back after hearing my girlfriend yelling for me returned to start the vehicle. Upon getting access from manager charlene who told me she was terminating my lease for no reason at all.i got the vehicle started and was locked in, stuck at the gate for another 15 min til the gate would open. 3 months went by, my girl would not go back at all. Oh and the lack of any presense of security ,( a couple of cameras watching the office and driveway)explains the high number of break ins to the security units. There are other storages with emotionaly stable staffing.i suggest you dont get drawn in by the free month. No amount of money is worth this. read more

i have been coming here for years before charlene started. i really like a smiling face, friendly attitude, and someone who knows what they are doing. unit is very clean and she keeps it up. she is very helpful. if your in a hurry to do a real quick rental agreement where you just sign your initials. how quick and awesome is that. i was on my lunch hour. she came to my unit to take a peak and made sure my lock worked. times i have been there i see her driving around in her little cart always smiling and saying hi. i have told at least 5 people about this storage and all signed up for a unit here and there throughout the years. last owners were not friendly and had a poor attitude. what a differance in ownership. i like it. i think i'll stay awhile! thank you charlene it's because of you!!!!!! joma read more
