Very easy to reserve a unit online! We reserved a few days in advance and they sent us the unit number and entry code. If you have the app, you can enter the gate through it, which made getting in and out super easy. They left the lock and insurance waiting inside the unit so we could easily get to unloading our stuff quickly! the drive up access is really incredible. My initial contact with customer service was great! I described what I wanted and was set up with my storage unit immediately. The problem came when I went to load my unit for the first time. It was very difficult to find it, and the property manager was nowhere to be found even though the WeAre Open sign was on. By the time I did find it, I had 15 minutes to get my uhaul truck back next door. I ended up having to unload the truck and leave my things in the hallway with 5 minutes left to get the truck back. As soon as I turned it in, it starts to pour down raining as I walked back to my unit. In the end, I loaded my unit but the Property Manager never showed. read more

I came in the public storage and I was trying to use the app on my phone couldn't do it the customer service person she showed me how to do it very helpful she's playing every detail where to go and how to do it this public storage gets a five-star from me this public storage I will be using when I need to move thank you for all your help. read more

I went to my storage to retrieve a few items and when I opened my laundry bag there were mice turds. When I called the office the only thing the manger say is when your leaving come by a pick up a brochure to contact the insurance company. After calling Orange Door I find out the only cover $250 for vermin. WHAT TUPE OF BULLSHIT IS THIS. I PAY 262 a month to have my shit destroyed!!!!! read more

Monica and Chelsea were great. They explained the difference between the space sizes, explained the cost and offered their recommendations. My only issue is there were only two carts available for moving your stuff and that isn't nearly enough especially on a Saturday. read more

I'm a fan of this storage facility. I have great experiences with all the employees there. However, Shawnell truly stands out. She was extremely polite and patient as I asked a number of questions. When I had return to pay my monthly rent she always greeted me warmly and asked if there are other services that I need. The facility is located on a busy road but allows easy access to storage. The units are clean and free of graffiti and trash. I have not had any problems with rain damage or rodents infestation. I strongly recommend this facility. read more

My concern are the ants, we have a 10x30 unit and every time we come to our unit, I've got to spray before even getting into my unit. The staff told me that there was nothing they could do about it. How about hiring an exterminator to go around to all the units and spray. When I went into the office one was playing games on her tablet and the other lady was on the phone. They both had Very unconcerned attitudes, while soaking up the a/c. And also, why are there no trash dumpsters on site to empty the trash, from your unit, if you need to? We are going to down size our large unit and get something smaller. I really have no feelings about the staff or this particular Public storage facility. They seem to be all run the same way, and I don't believe that nothing is going to change either! read more

mice! mice! and more mice!!! do not rent at this facility!!! when you come to retrieve your belongings, they will be covered in mice droppings. and woe be unto you if you don't know that the insurance you take great care to buy and diligently pay for expires after 6 months and they don't tell you you have come into the office and re-sign but they will raise your rent and tell you that via email!!! read more

So for this giving area is a lil rough and unpleasant but the staff that works there works there tails off i was there maybe a week ago and yes i was very surprise how well the property looked. Due to the fact the surrounding areas were very trashy. I think sometime around the holidays i will be renting a unit there. And i like the prices. The unit ivwas shown was very clean. I had a great experience here with the crew that was on staff. If i can recall the names were Celeste Gabby and Allen. I brought a few boxes and i took at the property because my son will be headed off to the Army and i maybe renting soon. But there presentations were very comforting. Celeste had all the info i needed. Gabby was a ball of joy her and Allen made a strong team. And u would never had thought Allen and Gabby were fresh out of training. Worse damn storage space ever. I signed a contract last year June and before the year was over they went up on my storage fees almost $50 with no notice but they'll claim they mailed a small card stating your storage fee went up! Not to mention my storage was broken into less than a month after I moved in and again no notifications until two months later. This staff is not the friendliness unless you are first coming in to get a storage space. My storage door has been f'ed up from day one and still no resolution. I decided after the break in, ridiculous fess and terrible customer service, I will be moving my things next weekend. Moving from storage to storage is expensive and that's why it has taken me so long but I can't take the bs any more... And get this even one of their workers recommended I go to another storage space bc this location is messed up. Their own staff doesn't even recommend this place... read more
