I took time off work, brought a second person with me, and even had our family mechanic come along to inspect the vehicle. The car's A/C was not working during the test drive. That immediately raised concerns for me about the dealership's reconditioning process and the overall condition of its inventory. We also observed six separate rock-chip impact points on the front windshield, a partially worn windshield seal, and what felt like an unstable suspension during the drive. The dealership agreed to repair the A/C but refused to replace the windshield, offering only to fill the chips with resin. They had their mechanic inspected the suspension and come back saying it was good. Based on what I experienced, I decided to walk away and take my business elsewhere. In my opinion, the vehicle was not in the condition I expected, and I left with concerns about their thoroughness of the inspection and reconditioning process.

I don't have the greatest credit and I just started a new job, but I was able to give them a good size down and they were able to work with me monthly payments. Drove my car home on Tuesday. Thursday night, I had a major oil leak. I called them Friday morning and they fixed it right away no hesitations no questions. Pick it back up Friday ran great. Saturday and she doesn't start. I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy a vehicle.

TWO WEEKS in, the rack and pinion is already going bad. Now I'm also dealing with transmission problems, which is completely unacceptable this soon after buying the car. That's not bad luck -- that's a vehicle that should have never been sold in that condition. The oil level was extremely low+ coolant ,which makes me question if they even did a basic inspection. On top of that, the car is missing parts of the undercarriage -- something that was never disclosed. This whole situation feels misleading and careless. I trusted them and got stuck with a car that immediately started having major issues. If you're thinking about buying from here, don't. Or at the very least, get a full independent inspection before you even consider it. Learn from my mistake.

Last min they said we weren't approved because the lender said it was too many miles and tried to get us to look at a different vehicle that was literally the same amount in cost and only a 500 mile difference which made no sense. Then the story just kept changing. Worst experience . Just didn't seem to care that they messed with our life , not to mention I had already purchased the insurance like we were told. They offered me $4k for my 2016 civic (yes, it has 155k miles but it was paid off. )with my trade they wanted me to buy the car with a car payment of over $650. Went back and forth and they finally offered $8500 for my trade with a payment less than $500 a month. If he had given me those numbers at the get go, they would've had a deal. I was hesitant on taking the deal but had to think about it. He said deal only good tonight and if I walked out, the deal was void. I walked out. Less than 24 hours later, went to carmax and bought a crv with half the miles of the one at capital city and I still got to keep my civic. Edit: 3/27. Well the finance manager said he couldn't go lower on the price of the car when I was there. The price was around mid $29k. Well, I get an email about a price drop. The car I had wanted to purchase is now $25,576 so apparently he could've gone lower. Too bad he missed a sale by playing number games. I used to work at a car dealership. I knew what games that were going to be played. Headache.
