We are loyal Publix customers. We love our store in Sanford on Weldon. The store we visited this evening will be the last time we are at this location. We went in this evening for a quick order at the deli, no one acknowledged us or said hello. There were three employees walking around and cleaning and not taking the time to greet us. We eventually left to get something else to eat. The only reason we are proving one star was to our cashier, Luis. He was friendly, nice, sense of humor. Deli department needs to improve on their hospitality and attentiveness. Deli department needs to improve on their hospitality and attentiveness.

Always a pleasure shopping here, although some times it hits you in the wallet. Need to be an aggressive bargain hunter with BOGOS and other sales. Its convenient and mucj less stress than going to WalMart buy prices are more expensive. People are SUPER friendly and just today I was in express line when a manager yelled "Sir over here" and waved me to the customer servoce desk to get checked out. We had a funny convo about our kid's and she was excited about all the fruit I was buying apparently. Love this place, can get busy at lunch and peak hours buy never crazypants like WalMart or Target. My son loves getting his free cookie too which is always a plus and they have great produce which i don't mind paying a little extra $$$ for. High 5 to all the staff!!!

The produce and bakery are was spacious, and the wine area was nice too. I was able to get the birthday and gift cards. I found an open counter with an attendant, who was able to get me checked out in no time. The bagger asked if I wanted to the cards bagged, which I said yes. He got it done quickly. Both were very polite. This Publix reminds me of the one at the Marketplace near Dr. Phillips. I believe they used to have the Aprons cooking demonstrations. I think that's why this Publix is bigger than the normal ones. And best of all, they are one of the few Publix that still has the weight scale. This was a very large and more upscale Publix. Parking can be crowded, but luckily the mall parking is also available and not to far of a walk either. Definitely a great Publix in the Winter Park area. Overall: A-

Like it looks like someone is constantly out there straightening the labels on jars kind of thing. The isles are wide and there is no crowding in any area. So much room to wander and lots of selection to choose from. They have a place to eat after they make you your pub sub that even has a microwave. The Starbucks is now gone but they still get bagels from Einstein which is nice too. Everything you get at the hot bar is so fresh and generous. Great place to stop for lunch or shopping. Fantastic location.

The store is always perfectly arranged and organized and the staff is gracious and kind with the best energy! Walking into the store you get to see lots of flowers and plants to purchase and there's an amazing selection including my favorite staples -raw nuts and seeds varieties, seasonings, beauty items and vitamins at exceptional prices. I can't live without my rose toner spray, leave in spray conditioner and I'm always getting hooked on some prepared food, dessert and love their garlic olive oil for cooking everything! The ready cooked gyro meat is easily heated up and when combined with the tzatziki sauce it makes a perfect quick meal! I could write books on the food but try everything and i'm sure you will love it here too! They have tons of vegan options and the ambiance is always cheery and bright! Parking is tremendously challenging here but go early or late or if you're feeling adventurous just go anytime it's definitely worth your time and money!!

In the meantime, I will drive to this location when I'm in the area or to the Dr. Philips location. This location is the worst when it comes to parking so I avoid it like the plague whenever possible. I lucked out today and snagged a spot within minutes of pulling in to the parking lot. The issue is there are several stores sharing a very small parking lot. Very poorly planned by the developers. I can usually find everything I need at this location with most items being in stock. My friend however struck out on 2 items being sold out today. Good prices, selection and quality keeps me coming back for more.

While, I do prefer the Winter Park location (as it is also near some other eateries and shopping areas), this location is also good. There's ample parking. It does get pretty busy but for the most part, you can usually always find parking. The staff are kind and helpful (when and if needed). The food options / varieties are great! They offer various cuisine types for just about everyone. This is also inclusive of their dining options (ie their hot and cold bars, bakery and the like). They have a range of household items, personal care items, toiletries, groceries, and so forth. So, again, you can usually find most of what you need. As far as their dining options go, I've gotten a hot lunch from Whole Foods on numerous occasions. I never eat there - but you can if you'd like as they have a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating options to enjoy your meal. I'm usually not disappointed with the options. I also really enjoy a number of their soup options. The bakery is probably my favorite section! I'm always leaving Whole Foods with something sweet. Nonetheless, Whole Foods is a great shopping experience. Again, they are pricey and are usually pretty busy, but it's usually always worth it.

The parking lot was fairly full as was the store. When we walked into the store, the produce was straight-ahead and the easiest to find of the items we were shopping for. I don't remember ever seeing such a large volume of fruits and vegetables! We continued down the food aisles on the same side of the store, which could have been a store on its own, given the square footage it occupied. The challenge after the food: find the birthday party paper products. Thankfully, I opened the Walmart app and found the store map and the product search, which both turned out to be very accurate! If we hadn't had the store map, our stay would have been far longer, and we would have wished we had a AAA Triptik! Checking out also turned out to be fast, especially compared to the self-checkout lines which backed up to the fairly wide main aisle. Because I used the Scan & Go feature in the app, I could scan the products as I put them in the cart (which seemed even larger than Co$tco'$), and go through the dedicated lane to validate the purchase. We were the only customers who were using this lane! Best part of the trip! So, if you've never shopped in this super center before, be sure to download the Walmart app beforehand. You'll thank yourself at the Scan & Go check out lane.
