Has a proud history of being one of the first organic stores in the area. There's a lot of products including food, personal care, and others. Actually was one of the first all organic grocery stores in the city. It's where to find all kinds of healthy products. There's also a deli section you can get premade and made to order sandwiches. About as fresh as it can be. It's about $5 to get the cheapest sandwiches. The last time here they had the Spicy Seitan Wrap. Also they have a salad bar with all kinds of things you can put into a container. They have proteins including chicken and tempeh. Has quite a lot for a locally owned grocery. It's pretty okay as far as prices, because while it's not always cheap, there's also freshness and quality. The store has tons of items for vegans and vegetarians.

When I first…read moremoved to the neighborhood I wasn't particularly impressed but then I realize they actively (painstakingly) try to match or beat the prices on everything that you can find elsewhere in the neighborhood. For example, I recognize Perfect Bars as the best quick breakfast in existence. Not only does Health & Harmony have the best variety but they beat the next best price by $0.10 per bar. I've also found that the owner is often on site and has deep knowledge of the products.
