Edgar cleaned our bedroom carpets and tile in a couple of bathrooms and laundry room. He replied quickly, came by when he said he would for an estimate, sent a written estimate, showed up on time to do the job. Floors came our great! As important were the care he took on all aspects of the job. He and his assistant both wore masks the entire time inside the house, floors were protected as well walls by using corner protectors. These are seriously the nicest most hard working people that I have met in a long time . I have no idea how someone could give them less than a five. They were right on time and got right to work. We were moving into a new house and the people prior owned a cat. My husband and son are both allergic so it was important to get a deep clean. They vacuumed with a Dyson to start. The equipment was clean and Industrial. I can't believe how amazing and clean the carpets feel and no cat hair! ! We also had them clean the kitchen tile. They hand scrubbed the grout! To give you an idea how nasty it was the prior residents fixed the grout with gray grout but it was just dirty! The tile is sparkling! Now we have to fix the grey grout piece because it's all white! We will have them return at least every 6 months! I would give them 10 stars if I could read more

I bought an old sectional couch and easy chair on craigslist - for 50 bucks. They were in OK condition but covered in stains and smells. Also, I live in an apartment - and they figured out how to get all their equipment to the second floor without tearing the building apart. I paid exactly was I was quoted no run around like many of the other places I called. They were on time and even texted me a day before to remind me of the service. Excellent response time with the best quote for my needs. Edgar and his team tackled a long overdue carpet cleaning swiftly and left my house feeling so fresh and so clean-clean. I even used their services to clean my 20+ yr old terracotta tiles which look to have never been sealed. I have forever been meaning to clean and seal myself but just never had the proper tools. Edgar was able to clean and seal with no issue. I did inquire to see of what product he used just so I could place another sealant just to be sure its sealed and potentially paint the tile. I know all you tile and stone folks are cringing at that statement but my tiles --even when clean-- still have a horrendous hue of yuck. When inquiring on the sealant Edgar said he would send over a pic of the product but better yet may just swing by and do another coat "since its part of the guarantee". Super quality service at a super great price. I will no longer wait as long as I did to have my carpets cleaned. read more
