Sheba. They have so many bongs here. There is definitely a science and an art to this. The owner was super friendly. He gave in all these free bees for my friend who bought her glass bong. Most of the guys that work here are assholes. It really makes any experience you have in here less enjoyable. If you're a tourist you will probably dig this shop. PPP gave me great customer support via a demonstration on how to use a Volcano I bought. Next time I got one of the new far fangled vapes that didn't work right or well - and they totally refunded me after I explained the problem! Of course then I got another Volcano. Weeeee! It's easily the most popular smoke shop on haight street which can't be easy considering All the smoke shops on the street. they have everything you need from vapes to bongs. I love this place lol. I even got t shirts and hoodies that they sell. When ever I can stop by Sam or Issa usually help me out, but all the staff there are extremely polite and knowledgable on the products! They have some AMAZING pipe designs (Ninja turtles, pitbulls, Darth Vader, ALIENS!) and their pricing is fair, if not better than most places around. I was supposed to leave a review days ago. So here's my story. I walk in with my partner and initially she wanted a Zippo lighter and a few other items. We paid and left and she was happy but when we got to the car and tried out the lighter the smell of the lighter fumes was kind of off putting and a potential health risk in our opinion (something we didn't factor in, and was no reflection on Puff Puff Passes customer service). So I figured there's no way they're going to give us a refund on the lighter but I went back into the store anyway to give it a try and explained myself effectively and to my surprise they were very receptive and understanding for my reasons as to why I wanted a refund. My refund however was in store credit which was totally fine with me. The amount I payed for the Zippo lighter covered the cost of about 6 Cookies Clipper refillable lighters and the butane to refill them. The dudes at Puff Puff Pass honestly didn't have to be so lenient but they were and my partner and I are happy with the great service. Thank you Puff Puff Pass! read more

There hasn't been many days where I walk into a smoke shop in San Francisco and actually find American made glass art. I was almost surprised to see that to know they knew the names of the various artists that make some of their pipes. After I explored for a while I noticed they also had massive e-cigarette section and offered rebuilds. I trusted them enough to rebuild mine and they actually washed it out. Good selection, reasonable prices. I got a pipe last year for only $15 and the guy threw in a smelly-proof bag for another $5. It rips like a champ. Interestingly, they sell super mini pipes for only $5. I think that's kind of pointless but my friends seem to like them just for little "pick me ups." Only disappointment is that they don't sell American Spirits anymore. read more
