The workers are very friendly and work to make your experience the best. The establishment itself is fairly small and can feel a bit crowed but they do what they can with the space that they have. The Elk Tartare was a new dish for me and I don't have any complaints about it, very well made. But the Cured Duck Breast is what I came for, and it did not disappoint. Cooked perfectly and complimented well with the green pico. If you have a chance to try Bin 707, I recommend you do it! Very well worth.

When we had looked at photos of the menu beforehand, we thought this place would be like Kneaders. This is nothing like Kneaders. Stay far away from this place.

This place is the real deal! I rolled in around noon on a Monday, and the place was packed - always a good sign. I was starving, so I went with the classic Denver omelette and a waffle (no time for pics, sorry!). Let me tell you, that omelette was perfect. Fluffy, loaded with ham, peppers, and onions, and cooked just right. And the waffle? Golden brown, crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. It was like a little piece of breakfast heaven. My server, Bobbi, was fantastic. She was super friendly and helpful, even though the place was hopping. She made sure I had everything I needed and kept my coffee cup full. This diner definitely lives up to its excellent reputation. The food is delicious, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is classic diner. I travel by train quite a bit, and I always stop for breakfast here before boarding the Zephyr. I must say, the breakfast here is quite good! Whether it be the french toast, waffles (I recommend the fresh fruit compote and whipped cream!), steak and eggs, their wonderful biscuits, and of course, their cinnamon rolls! You really can't go wrong here. The quality is very good--and consistent! While I have never tried any of their lunch items, I would imagine that if the fresh, homemade quality of their breakfast is any indicator, you can bet that their lunch is probably every bit as good. Though, honestly, when I come here, I can't not have their breakfast! Can't forget to mention the friendly and prompt service!
