I've been here several times over the last 5 years and only recently had an odd experience. I love the variety of products in the store and was pleased to see that they had been moved to a larger space inside of the Factory at Franklin! When roaming the store, I would've loved to see more "Franklin" and local apparel - of course they have a good selection of items but I saw lots of "Brentwood" and "Columbia" items and not a lot of Franklin and Nashville which I think would be beneficial for them as they are in the Factory in Franklin. Usually love their young friendly staff but went earlier in the week and had an odd interaction with an older woman at the register who made a weird comment about my shirt. She also seemed to have no clue what she was doing when trying to ring me up. Her colleague had to help her but I literally stood there for 30 minutes JUST TO BE CHECKED OUT. Anyways, usually have a good experience but they are going through change and im assuming they are experiencing some bumps here and there... Either way I will be back and love this little shop dearly.

Because I had read about the amazing chocolates made there online, I decided this would be our last stop enroute to the airport. Boy was that a smart move! It cheered up my goodbye dramatically! I came with an empty Tupperware and filled it with an assortment of their delicious individual chocolates. The chocolates travelled beautifully in my suitcase & I think they are uniformly some of the best chocolates I have ever had in any state! A few pieces help sweeten my day and reminds me of the great music & country beauty of Tennessee!

Candy Craze is mainly a "by the pound store", where most of their options are in cases and purchases by the pound. You can mix and match for the same price, which is great because there is always something we want to try, but don't want to spend a lot on, so buying one piece along with all the stuff we know we like is a nice way to check it off. The store is a bit dated, but what spot in a mall isn't these days. Service is friendly, even on the phone. I rang them before popping by as I was unsure best spot to enter the mall, and they let me know the easiest way to find them. Overall, I do not do malls or purely candy shops often...but I am not mad at this candy shop inside of the mall.

I called Bubble Joy at 8 am the next day with little hope as I knew they were closed Mondays and Tuesdays. A very nice young man answered immediately and indicated he would text his manager (Kristen) and ask her. Kristen hadn't seen "Giraffee" but offered to go in on her day off to look. SHE FOUND IT.
