When you pull in, there's an "Air Check" area near the service stations where you can park to have your tires checked without getting out of your car. As soon as I arrived, there wasn't anyone in line so I was hoping it would be a quick service. While I waited, one of the staff came over to the car to let me know that they would be able to service me in a moment. After waiting about 15 mins, I called the store to let them know I was waiting and was told that they were short staffed that day, which was the reason for the delay. Unfortunately, I waited another 5-10 minutes before being serviced but the staff were very nice and thanked me for waiting. Even though only one tire had low pressure, he checked all of my tires, which I appreciated. I love that Discount Tire offers the free, tire pressure service. It's super convenient and it helps people like me not have to worry about putting air in their tire on their own lol! It's normally a quick service, so if your tire pressure is low, definitely stop in!

They charged me $30 to look at t and provided an a free vehicle look over on other things. They let me know that it was indeed leaking and found an additional leak. They sent me a quote and I was flabbergasted at the price. The first original leak repair was quoted for $2,700. They did find another leak that would cost me an additional $1500 to repair . Way more than I was planning. I talked to a gearhead at my work and he said absolutely do not pay that. He said they do this to women, unfortunately. I talked to two other local shops who quoted me for everything on the original repair for $800 and $1100. Those quotes were for everything 17th Street was going to do for $2,700. I hate that companies do this. The icing on the cake was that when I drove my car home, I popped the hood and they didn't even attach the cover to the motor. It was just laying cockeyed on the top. It makes me question what else they didn't reinstall after looking over my car.

When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

I had a piece of metal in my tire that I couldn't patch and they were able to replace it for free since I had bought a whole new set last year and had the insurance for them. They expressed their concerns with me using a 13 year old donut tire (oops) and it gave me the opportunity to make an informed decision to buy a new full size spare without it feeling pushy. To top it off they wanted $169 just to diagnose the problem with my trunk, when I already told them it's the power lift gate struts. From there could really only be a couple things and a full $169 diagnostic fee is ridiculous. Seems like they don't care about their customers anymore.

He said it let it sit and try again. The next morning I called David at Bayside Tire and Auto and told him the story. He asked if the warning lights had come on, which they hadn't. His instructions were to only bring it to him for replacement if the warning lights came on or it didn't eventually start. The problem was due to topping off after the pump stopped. There was a warning in my new vehicle's owner's manual to not ever do this. I highly value the honesty of Bayside Tire and Auto. Another repair center would have just replaced the carbon filter.
