Food truck. The worker had it almost ready. Paid for it, bagged and handed over! Lunchtime! Order split! My Goodness! a A LOT of food! Lots of leftovers! Chicken Fattoush salad was fresh & tasty! It had Great peppers in it to spice it up & tasty pita to add a nice crunch! Samosas was DELICIOUS! Even better with spicy sauce included! Chili chicken with rice was GREAT! Really DELICIOUS and a perfect spicy kick! Rice with it was tasty too! I have leftovers from that too! FULL! Mother said hers was Really GREAT! She said it was the best Fattoush salad she's had! The Gulab Twist was very refreshing! It had gin, mint, lemon, and tonic water. The lemon drop with vodka was good and a little strong. The Dahi Puri was scrumptious! Crunchy on the outside and filled with yogurt inside. It's a very delightful dish to eat. The tandoori chicken was oven baked, tender and bursting with flavors of the spices. The lentil soup was hearty and wholesome. I love their noodles! It has bell peppers in it and it was so good. It was my first time trying soya chaap and I really enjoyed it! It's a plant based dish made with soy and wheat , came in creamy gravy flavor and Achari, I can't pick which one I liked more! The chicken biryani was fantastic! The rice was nicely spiced and the chicken was so well made and tender. I added some yogurt with it and it was just the best thing in the world. The garlic shrimp was my husband's favorite. The flavor profile is amazing. It's made medium doneness on the shrimp and the bell peppers and onions with it is just perfect for this dish. I got the garlic naan and it was very good, I used it to dip it in my butter chicken. The butter chicken was delicious, so warm, creamy, and rich. Everything was sooooo good! Service was great. My server checked up on me just the right amount of time. They were friendly and helped me with ordering. I even met the owner and chef Mandeep and she was very kind. Drink order, food order, and check. The waiter also knew nothing of the drink menu (didn't have a wine list) and literally handed my wife their ipad to see look at the order screen. The food was so delicious though and the atmosphere was quite nice with an alcohol list as big as I've ever seen. I feel that we will try it again at some point with the hope that the service improves. This could easily be a 5 star update.

Hakka noodles ended up being too spicy to our niece so we ordered a second one with just the tomato base which was still delicious. Since there was only one server for all the tables and pick ups, it took awhile to get our food. We had plain Roti (1 per order), Butter Naan (4 per order), Shahi Paneer, and Paneer Tikki Masala. Again both of the dishes were flavorful and creamy and had a kick of spiciness. Unlike other Indian places I've been to they do not ask you what level of spice you would like. Roti and rice were nice but I would not order the Butter Naan again. You cannot taste the butter even though it was glossy. Their food were delicious! Hopefully they get more severs for days where it's busy.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Sandeep Kaur. It was inspiring to see an all-female team running the show with such dedication. The food was beyond authentic. We ordered the Amritsari Kulcha, Tadka Dal, and rice, and every bite was remarkably fresh. The Kulcha was the star of the show--presented sizzler-style under hot tava with fumes still rising. Honestly, it tasted even better than the kulchas we had in Amritsar last year! The Tadka Dal and yellow rice were the perfect, delicious compliments to the meal. We desperately need a North Indian spot of this caliber in SoCal. We're already wishing they'd open a branch in the LA area. Thank you Sandeep kaur for your hospitality and the service.

The folks who run this place seem to really care about the quality of the food and the experience the guests have. Unlike our first visit on Valentine's Day which was very busy, we came back on a weekend evening this fall, and there were only a couple other diners. It seems like "the new normal" is that most business for these mom-and-pop type restaurants appears to be by Doordash, Grubhub, UberEats -- even if they're making plenty of sales, very few people come in and sit down. It's odd. You can no longer judge how good a restaurant will be by how many people are seating having dinner on a Saturday night. But despite not very many people dining in, it's a comfortable, welcoming, clean space. Everything was still fresh, delicious, and very similar to last time, EXCEPT: The main update I wanted to give is that the little "glitches" I noticed when the place was brand new are all gone now. This is just as I expected, but I wanted to let Yelpers know this. So yes, this time the got everything we ordered, we got sauces with the appetizer, and we were given full-size dinner plates. Love those black lentils. Everyone: go eat them!
