This review is for Ann who trains the Rally-O class! She's wonderfully patient and upbeat and has us excited about rally obedience. I'm thrilled that they have this class at this facility. The facility definitely does show its age and could use a lot of work, but I'm glad that they're in business! We will be back for ongoing classes and enjoyed our time there!

Took two dogs in for grooming both sustained ear injuries on the same day. We didn't catch the Yorkie injury till later Probably the most disturbing part is the phone call that said if you need vet care you need to take the dog in within 24 hours or we wont pay. I ignored that as I thought was pretty unprofessional

I am taking trick class with Dazi. Her son Lucas is helping her out. They are nice team. She is very friendly instructor who gives lots of encouragements without being pushy at all. In practice time in the classroom, she is watching you and your dog and gives pin-point advise which is very helpful. I was afraid to come to this dog training school because previous bad reviews about some instructor and overall management but I have no complains so far, except they can ventilate little better to get rid of doggy smell (well this is doggy place).

Alyssa (hope I spelled your name right) did an amazing job grooming my corgi mix. Hands-down the best grooming experience I've had so far. My dog has never looked so good at any other grooming services she's had (other places, Pet Smart, etc.). My dog has long hair on her hind legs, pants, and they always look a little botched, but Alyssa did such a perfect and detailed job. My dog Chloe is so fluffy, trimmed to absolute perfection, and is so full of energy because I know she had an amazing experience with Alyssa. Thank you Alyssa!

    Not the best experience

Yeah me think nots. We tried this place first since it was down the road from our house. When I initially called the lady was pretty rude. Did not sound in the mood to be talking to a new prospective client. We still showed up and what a mistake it was. The lady doing the teaching was rude just as the last was that I spoke over the phone with. A lot of people took notice as well. Took my money and found a better place which I will review next.

    Rubi had a great time!!

My wife and I can't say enough about how Ryan and Mandy have changed our lives for the better…read morebecause of the training they did with our beagle Bumper. We tried multiple other training classes and techniques in the Portland area but none of them were able to help us with Bumper's leash aggression, pulling, and stubbornness. We were at the point where we were hesitant to take him anywhere because of how naughty he was. After doing much research and reading all of the excellent reviews, we decided to try Off Leash K9 Training. Although Ryan and Mandy were located in Eugene, we decided do the two-week course where Bumper stayed with them 24/7. We had doubts about whether or not it would work because of how stubborn our kiddo was, but he came back a different dog! No he is not perfect and he still acts out, but he is soooooo much better than before and we feel comfortable taking him out in public. Ryan and Mandy even extended his training for an additional week at no cost because he wasn't making the progress they had hoped he would. When we finally picked up Bumper after the three weeks, Ryan spent over two-hours with my wife and I to go over Bumper's trainings and commands. He was very patient and did a great job explaining everything. Yes the training is very expensive, more than I ever thought I'd pay for dog training, but the benefits of a well behaved beagle are priceless. Ryan and Mandy also run a dog rescue on site so it was great to know Bumper would not be alone. We will definitely be using Ryan and Mandy again for all of our training needs. Thank you!

She was found unresponsive in the crate she was kept in on the last day of her week long board and train at trainer Myriah's house. Our dog spent 8 days 7 nights in the ICU at Dove Lewis fighting for her life. The Doctors all suspect heatstroke; although we will never know what truly happened. The story we got from Owner Trish and Trainer Myriah is that everything was totally fine and normal until my perfectly healthy and strong 3 year old husky was found with no pulse. There's so many things that just do not align and are very suspicious. Do not trust these people with your dogs. If this story does not deter you, and you still believe these people could be your life-changing opportunity to better you and your dog, ASK MORE questions. Do not trust the professionals. Trust yourself. Ask to see where the dogs will be boarded, ask for more detailed updates about eating/drinking/potty breaks etc. , ask for the daily schedule about where they transport the dogs, what they will be trained on that day and how long they will be kept in a crate. Ask, ask, ask whatever your concern is and then make the decision to NOT USE THEM. These people are dangerous trash and should not be working with animals. Save yourself the torturous heartache we suffered. My dog will live. Yours may not.

We decided to enroll Paco in Sit Means Sit, and we are beyond grateful we did. Matt has been absolutely amazing with Paco. He is patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the dogs he works with. He always took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had the right tools and guidance to continue Paco's training at home between sessions. The transformation has been incredible. Paco now comes when called the first time, sits in place, and best of all, walks calmly right next to me. He no longer pulls, jumps, or walks out of control. I'm finally looking forward to taking walks with him and can't wait to continue seeing his progress every day. Huge shoutout and thank you to Paco's amazing trainer, Matt!

He was charging people and dogs while walking ONLY with me. And growling at and even attacked one of our cats, who for reference was his best friend for ages. They'd even sleep together and played a lot. I wanted Miles to get to training before we ended up with him biting someone was my greatest fear. So we picked him up on 4/20 in the morning and went over basics with Brian. Miles was EXHAUSTED for the first few days. Obviously from all that physical AND mental work. But he was immediately different. SO chill. Completely relaxed. By Tuesday of last week (just three FULL days after being home, almost 4,) I was already able to walk him and get Heel, Sit, Down and no reaction to people OR dogs passing with just a 1 tap on the remote. We started with a 3 or 4 the first few days.Miles regularly does GREAT with just this level. We went back on Friday, 4/26 for a session to follow up with Brian. We were VERY pleased with Miles progress as was Brian. We worked on the heel to perfect it and also Tie down, the leash stand and reviewed a few questions. Because Miles was doing so well, Brian suggested that maybe he'd do well with agility work. So he set him up a small course, and put him through it. Well Miles did NOT like it. He LOVED it!!! He had SO much fun. And he was doing AMAZING. He caught on SO fast. So fast rbat Brian sent us specs to build the jumps!! We also worked on high object "place." And Brian gave us lots of tips on that. With it only being 9 days since our pickup and 13 days since he started training, I'd say this was 1000% worth this training. We didn't have a BAD dog but a dog that needed some tweaks and some humans that needed help doing it. Now my husband and I look forward to walks and spending time with and taking him places. And Miles therefore gets MORE time with his people. Ellie, our daughter, LOVES doing "place" and commands with him and Jack, our son, is LOVING agility SO much that he and his dad already started building Miles jumps!!! We aren't very far into this but so far 5 HUGE stars. Thank you Brian!!! Also the office staff has been tremendous. They are responsive and kind and great at following up. 9ur entire experience from consultation to two weeks out is excellent!
