Tender, juicy, flavorful, with lots of consommé on the side for dunking. We got some to take home, and they reheated really well, losing none of the flavors or aromas, just losing some of the crispiness of the taco shell. They were a glorious mess! We got an order of flavorful shrimp tacos, too. Scrumptious! Generous!
