I was so excited to see another pupuseria in the area! I picked up some pupusas and plantains to go after to work for date night and this place didn't disappoint. We tried every flavor, I think I liked the pork and the jalapeño and cheese the best. The slaw is delicious, accompanies all the cheese so well. The plantains with the cream sauce were SO GOOD. I can't wait to go back and try some other things on the menu. Om nom nom! I've passed by this place so many times, and I've read the sign but I don't know why I've never actually been here before! On a whim I stopped by today and I'm glad I did. Parking is limited along the store front but that shouldn't stop you. The restaurant itself is very spacious with booths and tables set up everywhere. I ordered togo at the counter and although the waitress didn't speak much english we were able to communicate pretty well. I ordered three pupusas, the Rebueltas, pupusa mixta, and also the rajas con queso. The wait was a bit long but mainly because the pupusas were made FRESH. YUM. It was definitely worth it. The rajas con queso was cheesy with some slices of jalapeno in it, overall good, much like the pupusa mixta. My favorite of the three was the rebueltas with chicharron and cheese, I liked how it was so flavorful. The order was accompanied by some pickled cabbage and a cup of mild hot sauce. This place is awesome. Get the Honduran Chicken and any of the pupusas. They also serve aqua Fresca in a punch bowl near the register. Today's was pineapple and it was so good. Tip: go in and seat yourself they will come to you. When you are done go to the register and pay, no need to wait for the bill to come to you. read more

It was my first time there and it was quite busy since it was on a Saturday. We had the empanadas and the chicharones and they weren't bad, just wish that they could've waited to clean the floors with pine sol while we were eating. The food started to taste like pine sol. That was the only negative so far about that place. Customer service was ok as well. read more

Great prices and food is good too! At least the pupusas and tamales, pupusas and tamales use to be a $1.00 they are now a $1.25 each which is still a good price. And they've given the place a facelift. Wait time varies there's time when I've had to wait over 20 minutes for my food and days like today when I've been told 15 minutes and my food is waiting for me at the counter. It was our first time and it will be our last time! This was our order, hubby ordered 2 pupusas mixtas @ $1.45 and 1 @ $1.25 = $4.15. I ordered 2 mixtas@ $1.45 and 1 chicharron and cheese @ $1.25 = $4.15 and we got 2 bottle waters @ $1.25 = $2.50. We also ordered 3 pupusas mixtas @ $1.45 = $4.35 to go. Our total was supposed be $ 15.50 +tax . We went up to pay and was charged $22.25 I payed without really paying attention. We told them they had overcharged us and the lady said they had changed the prices of everything we told them that on the menu it was not changed. She started to look through all the menus and they all where not changed, but she still insisted on the supposedly changed prices. We told her she couldn't do that. She then (sarcastically) said she would refund me some money since I was complaining for a couple of dollars and at the same time she asked if we had tipped our waiter because we "have to" tip them 15% of the total. My husband told her it was not true and he even pulled it up on his phone to show her. Which by the way we always tip. We felt like that lady was trying to add extra charges in the hope we didn't realize it and she still tried to justify what she did. The lady never apologized for over charging. So, if y'all ever visit this establishment look carefully at your bill. We originally was going to a different Pupuseria but it was super packed and we were really craving them. My husband google for another one near by and this is the one we found. By the way the food was good, a tad more pricey than the place we usually go to. read more

Flavors of El Salvador - Authentic. We were recommended by one of her nieces who works at a dry cleaner we visit often. She wasn't kidding of how great the food is. As someone who grew up in SOCAL and had the pleasure of eating at dozens of authentic pupuserias in the area. This restaurant lives up to Savadorean traditions. They even offer their customers an unlimited free drink made fresh which is wonderful to have. I order 10 pupusas, yuca con chicharron, platanos fritos con crema and nuegados. Best pupusas in town! I've always drive pass through this place and for some reason I get to ignore it. However my sister was mentioned to me recently and her way to describe it actually made me curious, so I came with my family. The place itself is not glamorous in any aspect but don't let its aspect fool you. The food is worth try all the way. Menu is really easy and comfortable to read. Is in English and Spanish for your convenience portions here are no joke and flavor are legit amazing. I got myself some pupusas de chicharrón con frijoles and one mix revueltas while my father chock me with his choice. He order an appetizer of yuca frita which for an appetizer didn't had any look. It freakin leaking juicy and huge lol They have a fresh free drink with no refill limit which was VERY GOOD! service was ok, not the best by any mean but very prompt. I don't know if is something of every day but the AC wasn't working so for me that was a downfall being 96 degrees outside. The pupusas which were my purpose for visit this place, were great.
