Busy place with a good Miami vibe. We loved the straw chandeliers. Staff was very nice despite a young lady demanding/gesturiing double pump in her iced latte. We had the perfect egg sandwich, tuna poke bowl and spicy tuna wrap and a chocolate smoothie. All very solid and the arugula is a nice touch. Amazing Experience at Pura Vida Miami! I ordered the Avocado Salmon, Tuna Poke, and the Welcome to Miami smoothie -- everything was super fresh and flavorful! I was expecting smaller portions, but they were perfectly sized and left both me and my guest feeling full and satisfied. The food was prepared quickly, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly -- they brought us water right away, cleaned a table for us, and kept the space tidy by picking up finished dishes and silverware throughout our meal. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside, which made it easy to find a comfortable spot. Overall, the food, service, and ambiance were all excellent. We came here for an early lunch and enjoyed the food very much! They have a great menu with healthful selections and ALL DAY BREAKFAST! Yes please! The interior is very pleasant and comfortable, with plenty of seating (tables and couches). It was rainy on the day we visited, but they have outdoor tables as well. There were a lot of people there but the service was quick! You order at the counter and they bring you the food as soon as it's ready. They auto-tip 5% to cover bringing the food to your table, and they disclose it up front, so no surprises. I had a veggie omelet, which came with delectable sourdough toast, a lightly dressed pile of arugula, and a sidecar of mashed avocado. It was a perfect meal leaving me satisfied without feeling too stuffed. Larry had a tuna poke wrap. It came with a side of spicy japanese mayo. It was filling enough that he ate half and took the other half home. The only irritating part of the meal was the other patrons. South Beach is a festering nest of narcissism and Pura Vida appears to be the epicenter. I almost thought we would be asked to leave as we were not wearing anything from Alo. As long as you can tune out the people (good advice for most places), it is a worthwhile visit! read more

If you didn't go to Pura Vida in Miami, did you even go to Miami? What an unconventional start to our first day in Miami! We were basically locals- rode bikes to Pura Vida, had brunch and biked back! This place is so cute and fits the Miami aesthetic. There was a wild selections of food and drinks to choose from. We got the- Iced banana brew 3/5- it was good, but not great. It was a little too banana for me than I wanted it to be Iced strawberry matcha 4/5- this was definitely better than the banana brew, and I wanted to get this, but my friend got it instead! Pesto chicken without check 5/5- wow this sandwich was delicious! The pesto complimented the veggies and the bread so well along with the dressing Matcha pistachio cookie 4/5- not as sweet as your normal cookie which is probably why I enjoyed it! Spinach & cheese empanada 3/5- nothing to rave about here, just your usual empanada Pure Vida is definitely a must go to in Miami! read more

When life hands you a flat tire.... This lovely location for pura vida makes the wait a little easier. This location is busy. But the line moves quickly and a lot of the patrons seem to be regulars and non-touristy. Boggling is the "single origin" drip that doesn't have a location of its origin available..... but it's a good brew nonetheless and it and the dense banana bread got me through my morning. read more

What a beautiful cafe with many healthy options! I came in on a somewhat busy Saturday and waited about 8 minutes in line to order at the counter. Luckily I was able to snag a great table inside in the AC because I'd been walking and was ready for some air! My Miami Mocha smoothie was absolutely delicious and blended perfectly with the right amount of creaminess and flavor. It was fantastic. My spicy salmon wrap wasn't spicy but was so good. It came with rice, edamame and smashed avocado with a ginger soy sauce on the side. So good! The food came out quickly and the staff was friendly and kept the place clean and orderly. The toasted chicken wrap is so good!!! Highly recommend. Super filling because it has rice, avocado, chicken, and also cheese! Really flavorful too, and all the ingredients feel super fresh and healthy. The pura vida sauce is really unique. Wish I could try everything on their menu -- everything sounds delicious. The service here is amazing -- super friendly workers and once you order you seat yourself and they bring the food to you. Solid lunch/coffee choices in a bright and airy space. I ordered the ahi tuna salad and the chocolate pb smoothie - both are fantastic. They packsd the salad with crunciferous veggies, quinoa and green onions lol. Too much onions make the dish quite pungent. I wish they would scale down on that a bit. Seared tuna was delish and dressing was good. The smoothie was decent size and tasty too. They do charge an auto 15% service fee so heads up for that. The service was okay. It is very crowded and loud business with tons of guests going in and out so if you want some peace and quiet or to work, this is not it. They also have some delectable looking croissants and cookies too but I didn't try any. My mom loves it here and pretty sure she's going to be happy to come back. read more

I came here on Christmas Day in search of breakfast. I brought my golden retriever with me. I love how dog-friendly this place is. All the employees were so friendly and constantly cleaning. Wish they had the option of ordering at the table, this is not an option as you have to order o my inside - no biggie. They have an extensive menu with so many yummy items. Very disappointed. Been coming here for years. Go to multiple locations. Usually order online before I arrive for pick up. This time I went into the store to get the same smoothie I get almost every day. I'm allergic to almond and oat milk. I usually swap out the almond or out milk for coconut water as they don't have coconut milk. They made me wait 10 mins for the manager to come out and tell me they can't make the smoothie with coconut water. They've made it for me 100000 times. So I left and am in a rush unable to stop somewhere else to get something to eat. Won't be coming back here since you cant accommodate dietary restrictions. read more

What an absolute gorgeous restaurant. Pura vida is known for being trendy, and hipstery, but they freaking nailed it with this place. The decor makes you feel like you're in Greece or something. The acai bowl is always blended through and made to scoop perfectly. The regular and chocolate croissants are my favorite. The chocolate is stuffed decadently with Nutella yummmm.
