He showed up on time, replaced the resin in my old unit quickly and cleanly, examined the old Fleck 5600 for its overall condition and any red flags (there were none), gave me some great insights into how my system should be operating, and charged me roughly half of what a competitor had quoted for the same job (and less than he had quoted on the phone!). They are straight-shooting, friendly and very competitive on price. He made some adjustments, explained what was going on, and it worked well for about another year. I noticed a leak (different problem) a few weeks ago and called them to see if he could fix it. He could have and it would have been very inexpensive. They didn't try to sell me on anything, but I decided I wanted a bigger unit for my family who seems to use more water now than when they were little. Needed some resin for my older current unit and the hubby found this place. I emailed them and Lisa was so fast to reply it amazed me. She was not only fast, but kind, thorough and extremely helpful!
