I wish I could give 10 stars. I was scheduled for Tuesday but was stuck at work and rescheduled for Friday last minute. Edwin was super cool about it. My appointment was at 4 and he was right on time. I also wish I had taken before pictures. My car looks so good. I felt like I was driving a new car when he was done. It's shiny and all my nasty food crumbs and whatever else are gone. He was very friendly. My boyfriend got his done too and the two cars took about 2 hours- not long at all for the work that was done. I definitely will give Edwin a call again.

Excellent work, scheduled an appointment for Edwin to come out to my work and he was able to restore my oxidized headlights back to being clear! Easy and responsive communication - also asked for an exterior wash as well, great job there too! Pics include both a Before and After picture of my headlight, the Before is a lot worse in real life, but the After makes it like new!

My decision to not use the service of Pure Auto Collective was purely health oriented. They were clear about the time needed to give my vehicle all the beneficial care it could use. I have a medical condition that requires my feet be elevated frequently to prevent body liquids from accumulating in my extremities. I did not connect the two aspects in my thinking when I originally made my appointment. The realization came to me in the middle of my night's sleep and I sent a cancellation message then. They responded with a text the next morning asking for clarification, the action of a responsible business. This review is it. read more

Edwin and his team did a fantastic detailing on my car. It hadn't been cleaned in about six months and definitely needed some serious attention, there was bird poop, pet hair (I transport animals), and just general mess. They were quick to respond, easy to schedule with, and super professional. The car came out looking great, super clean inside and out, and they did a great job getting rid of the pet hair. You'd barely know I ever had animals in it. Really happy with the service. I'd definitely go back to Edwin next time read more

Great communication and did an amazing job. Have a 15 year old minivan with light gray fabric interior. I've never gotten it detailed before, so there were lots of stains that I wasn't sure would come out. Paid extra for a deep interior clean, and totally worth it. Almost everything came out clean and was way better than I expected! Definitely would recommend. read more

Pure Mobile Auto Detail did an amazing job detailing my car. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. The detail included: Exterior Foam Hand Wash (Pre-wash if needed) Wheel Clean (barrel, face & tire) Tire Dressing (no sling) Exhaust Tip Cleaned Gas Cap Towel/Blow Dry Interior Thorough Vacuum (Carpet blown out/rubber mats scrubbed) Streak Free Windows Full Interior Wipedown Wipe Down Door jams Cracks and crevices brushed Small stains removed The results did not disappoint! My car looks brand new. Scheduling was easy and they arrived on time and completed work within 2.5 hours. It was so convenient. ABSOLUTELY AMAZED at the work that was completed on my car! First off Edwin was very prompt to respond and I was able to book a same day appointment. He was very communicative on what time he would arrive and despite a timing set back he did not rush through the job and took his time with all the tiny details. Edwin went over with me all of the areas that he would include in the work INCLUDING my gas cap and trunk. I have NEVER had someone be that meticulous about their work so it was much appreciated! These guys do a lot better job than the other cleaners I've used. My car looked pretty beat up before and now it looks clean and waxy. The guy who cleaned my car took extra time to show me the different kinds of dirt and explain some of the product options I could go for. I never felt like I was being upsold on something I didn't want. They made reasonable recommendations based on what I wanted and the state of my car. read more

I just got my car washed and inside detailed and they did a phenomenal job. I'd never gotten my car professionally cleaned before, and they really left it looking brand new. The inside was a big concern for me (stained seats, buildup in a lot of crevices, and overall just dusty and dirty), but they did a fantastic and thorough job. Communication with the owner was excellent; fast and clear, and he also shared some very helpful tips on detailing the car myself. read more

Edwin did a great job on our SUV. Our expectation was a scuff removal with a nice wash. Our SUV ended up looking better than when we first bought it. Got my car detailed by them and decided to get a ceramic coat too. They were able to work with my schedule and location while doing a great job. For the detail, they were thorough and careful which I appreciate. Found my trunk better organized and my gas cap cleaned and the interior looking like the day I bought it. All the tiny nooks and crannies I didn't expect to be clean and cleared. As for the ceramic coat, I was given a reasonable estimate on time and they were able to return the car faster than I expected. It looked better than when I bought it. Knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made sure I knew the maintenance. Overall nice and fast experience. Will go with them again. read more

Edwin and his buddy are amazing at their job! I bought a Jeep Gladiator less than a month ago and my sister had a fun night which needed up in her throwing up on the back seat and in the window crevices. Edwin and his buddy did a great job and really got into those crevices. They successfully removed all the vomit and left my Jeep looking good as new! His prices are great! I had a car sitting for a few years in my driveway to the point the HOA started complaining; they had the best price from multiple quotes, and were quick and attentive to respond to organize the visit. I wish I had thought to take a before picture, but it looks brilliant for the paint condition now, and I've never had the interior and nuances so cleaned and vacuumed before even from much more expensive drive-in detail centers. Gave them a huge tip for the trouble and definitely looking into restoration packages for next time I need the work! read more

The Pure Mobile crew showed up on time and was very efficient, moving my two vehicles back and forth from street to my one carport, interior cleaning, washing and ceramic coating my 07 Dodge Charger RT and 19 RAM 1500. Edwin gave me a discount for having 2 vehicles done at the same time. The entire process took less than 4 hr, and I had a great overlook of the entire process, with the exception of the work in the carport, from my 2nd story deck. I never saw anyone slacking or not working to keep everything going smoothly. Even when I showed up to inspect their work, everyone was grateful to see my concern, and they worked hard to get my approval. This was quite evident when they did some things that I didn't expect them to do, all to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I was so pleased overall with their effort, that I went back to scrape together an extra bonus for the crew. That should indicate my satisfaction for the quality job that they did on my two vehicles. I requested a ceramic coating and I had some scratches that needed to come out and I wanted the color to be brought back to my black mustang. Edwin and his team did a great job. All this little scratches that look like a Brillo pad he completely removed he also did all my trim on the outside. He showed up on time and it didn't cost me an arm or a leg he was more than fair with the price. You spent the whole day working on my car. He washed, claybard, polished and put a ceramic coating. Requested a quote through Yelp and the pricing from Edwin seemed reasonable to me compared to some of the other quotes I had gotten! We scheduled a time pretty quickly and he and two other of his crew members got to work. They finished my car in about 3 hrs. My car was pretty dirty in the interior with tons of pet fur but they were able to get rid of all of the fur and all of the stains! After my detail was finished (I was not present at the time), it is clear that these guys do not pay attention to detail. There were areas left stained/untouched that I ended up cleaning myself. While $135 is not the worst price I've seen, it's certainly not reflected into the quality I was provided. The worst part is that these guys burned my rear carpet mats and didn't even notify me. Instead, they tried to hide it by folding up all my carpet mats and stacking them on top of each other, which they claimed they were "letting it dry". Make that make sense. After I pointed out these issues, he did take responsibility, sort of at first (he tried pretending that he wasn't aware it happened). I asked if he could do another detail instead of reimbursement and HE AGREED TO THIS. When trying to schedule this second detail, he took days, even weeks to respond in order to dodge me. This is funny as his response time was very quick when I reached out to him for the first time. After canceling on me multiple times and not providing me with a proper time frame, he then proceeds to blame me for "not making up my mind". All I did was ask if he had availability for another day, yet he saw this as refusing to make up my mind. He claims to be such a "go go go" person, but is oblivious to the fact that he takes forever to respond and even tried ghosting me. After giving up on trying to schedule with him, I requested the reimbursement that he originally offered. Keep in mind that Tesla does not sell the carpet mats individually, you get it as a whole set, front and rear, which costs $112 with tax and shipping. I will not accept any knockoff carpets that he is offering, especially after how he escalated this whole situation. To anybody reading this, I ask you this, where is the professionalism with this person? If it was really that difficult to do a second detail, then why is it so hard to just say that in the first place? All this back and forth with him just for everybody's time to be wasted. Absolutely ridiculous behavior, but hopefully, if you're reading this, it will give you an idea of how you will be treated. Don't walk away from this place, run like your life depends on it.

Marsel showed up right on time and was incredibly meticulous. He didn't just clean; he performed a literal miracle.
