Super weird experience here. From the moment I signed up for the free intro class, they called and…read moretexted non-stop...it's a bit too much. Then, I received a call the morning of my cIass. I was told since I regularly work out I probably wouldn't enjoy it, and was offered to sign up for a more challenging class. Mind you, I signed up a month in advance...there was no need to have this conversation the morning of when I'd already planned to be there. They then began asking what membership I would want before I even had a chance to try it out. Needless to say I was already agitated with them when I got there. Then, I signed up with a friend and there was a misunderstanding with her signup. The girl at the front desk was not accommodating at all-and said it would take too long for my friend to answer their basic questions and sign the waiver (I was able to do all this in less than 10 minutes over the phone, and we arrived early for class-the previous class hadn't even let out yet. In full transparency, it seemed like the girl at the front desk just didn't want to help us). If you're looking for a reformer Pilates experience, maybe try somewhere else.

I purchased four sessions in a 30 day time period. Signing up for classes is easy on the app. And you get reminders. It is easy to reschedule and as long as you reschedule in the allotted time, there is no penalty. The classes do fill up pretty quick. There are a few instructors and all are good. What I love about Pilates is that each class is different. And for me very challenging at times. Many of the exercises use other equipment at your station. The place is very clean. Everyone is nice and it is a comfortable vibe. There is a mix of ages and I have seen some men in class too. I wish I had started sooner in my life! I love how I feel after a class.

I was charged $20 for missing the class as the studio told classpass that I could have found them. I am in a war with classpass and my credit card. This studio is a SCAM and as an avid pilates expert who spent years in NYC doing reformer pilates, DO NOT ATTEND THIS STUDIO. Both times everyone was pleasent and the instructor was energetic. I really like the set up, class size and course offerings. The only drawback is there are not a lot of weights or poles variety if there are more than 10 ppl. It's also pretty expensive over time. But if you are looking for great fitness options, it's a good buy.

While…read moreI was there, I noticed Club Pilates in the same shopping center and decided to check it out for something different. Right when I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, which immediately made the studio feel welcoming. What stood out even more was that the instructor who was teaching that day came over and introduced herself before class when she overheard it was my first time there. That personal touch made a great first impression and helped me feel comfortable going into the class. The class itself was definitely challenging, but in a different way than what I'm used to. I normally do F45 and Solidcore, which tend to be higher energy and faster paced. Club Pilates felt more controlled and low-impact, but it still worked muscles in a really effective way. It was a great change of pace and a good reminder that slower, more intentional movements can still deliver a tough workout. Keep in mind that these classes fill up well in advance so you need to sign up. As a new visitor I was fortunate that a random spot opened up, but it seems the classes are always packed. Overall, it was a really positive experience. The studio was welcoming, the instructor was thoughtful and engaging, and the workout was both challenging and refreshing. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm visiting Schaumburg!

I really appreciated her telling me about the socks instead of me having to buy them at the studio. She was very helpful. The instructor Taylor L did a great job and asked me about my injuries prior to class. She had excellent accommodations and remember what I told her prior to class. As a former fitness instructor(and someone who used to hire them) she is an excellent instructor. Her explanations were clear, the class flowed well, and she provided multiple options. I also liked the number of participants in the class. Sometimes it feels so crowded but I feel this studio has the right number of participants. If I lived closer I would buy a membership here. I would 100% pay for another class if I'm in town
