I was charged $20 for missing the class as the studio told classpass that I could have found them. I am in a war with classpass and my credit card. This studio is a SCAM and as an avid pilates expert who spent years in NYC doing reformer pilates, DO NOT ATTEND THIS STUDIO. THEY SCAM AND LIE TO THEIR BUSINESS PARTNERS AND TAKE $ FROM NEW CLIENTS WHO HAVE NOT USED THEIR SERVICES WHEN THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Right when I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, which immediately made the studio feel welcoming. What stood out even more was that the instructor who was teaching that day came over and introduced herself before class when she overheard it was my first time there. That personal touch made a great first impression and helped me feel comfortable going into the class. The class itself was definitely challenging, but in a different way than what I'm used to. I normally do F45 and Solidcore, which tend to be higher energy and faster paced. Club Pilates felt more controlled and low-impact, but it still worked muscles in a really effective way. It was a great change of pace and a good reminder that slower, more intentional movements can still deliver a tough workout. Keep in mind that these classes fill up well in advance so you need to sign up. As a new visitor I was fortunate that a random spot opened up, but it seems the classes are always packed. Overall, it was a really positive experience. The studio was welcoming, the instructor was thoughtful and engaging, and the workout was both challenging and refreshing. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm visiting Schaumburg!

I have been taking Agnes classes for 2 years ( took a break while pregnant ) and started back up a month post partum. In the beginner class, you can take it easy as you need if you're starting out and gradually add more to challenging yourself. She changes up her flow and class every week, so you are consistently working different areas of the body. I took yoga classes at random and used to feel it a slow boring waste of time more or less a relaxing class that does "stretching". I love to lift and do intense endurance cardio. It wasn't until going here consistently that I was blown away with the fitness aspect of yoga- the strength/flexibility/core stability/etc. involved. You will be challenged more than you possibly think and I promise the health benefits, both mentally and physically, will surprise you! I highly recommend Melt and the classes here. As a chiropractor, Dr. Weiss is attentive and takes the extra time to know his patients and their activities which could contribute to chiropractic issues. I came here for a few months in 2021 before realizing it wasn't the space for me. I'm sure it works for some people, but I wasn't one of them. The slower, less intense classes fill up and the hot yoga classes were nice but often too fast paced for me without any talk of adjustments for different bodies or abilities. I wouldn't recommend for most people I know.

The instructor Taylor L did a great job and asked me about my injuries prior to class. She had excellent accommodations and remember what I told her prior to class. As a former fitness instructor(and someone who used to hire them) she is an excellent instructor. Her explanations were clear, the class flowed well, and she provided multiple options. I also liked the number of participants in the class. Sometimes it feels so crowded but I feel this studio has the right number of participants. If I lived closer I would buy a membership here. I would 100% pay for another class if I'm in town
