Now that things are more stable they have opened the saunas to two individuals per sauna. The virtual workouts are provided with virtual instructor guidance. They have forty-five minute workouts and HIIT workouts that are fifteen minutes. These are some of the best workouts that I've enjoyed the most. The these particular workouts have helped me anytime that I've hit a plateau. The staff is also awesome, they are all super attentive. One of the greatest things that the staff is always on top of is their burnout challenges. Could not have found a better place to do hot sauna infrared workouts.
