We had a persistent water leakage issue from our deck into our garage for many years and finally decided to get it fixed. PE Construction was by far the most expensive quote. Considering the importance and time urgency of the project and the excellent service provided by the project manager, Omer, we decided to go with PE Construction. All workers were friendly and professional and the project was completed as fast as possible. We had to deal with a lot of rain slowing down the project but there was never a time we were concerned about the schedule. Omer was great in keeping us updated and was ready to answer all questions and concerns. We had a few scope of work debates that affected the final cost but we were able to work it out in a professional manner. The most important point is we had a full day of heavy rain and we didn't have any leaks anymore, so our problem was solved. I definitely recommend PE Construction. My mom had a big leak in her home a few months ago. We didn't know what to do so we reached out to the insurance company. Very quickly our kitchen was almost completely ripped out in addition to the flooring and most of the drywall in the living room. My mom had been the sole owner of this house for over 60 years and had kept the house in great shape even though she never remodeled. For months we were getting contractors saying the only thing they could do was completely rip out the kitchen and install everything brand new. The insurance would only cover a small portion of it due to depreciation. We were in a situation where my Mom was going to have to spend several tens of thousands extra on getting her kitchen fixed. Most companies we called said they didn't do insurance jobs. At this point we were starting to feel hopeless, until we eventually reached out to Pure Energy Construction. We met with Lauren and although she stated she was very busy she wanted to help us and didn't force us to completely redo the entire kitchen. We recently needed a wall built to divide a large room into two smaller rooms, along with a couple other smaller projects (moving an office closet to another room and swapping it with built-ins from another closet, hard-wired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, recessed lighting, door installation, ceiling fan installation). As we have never done a remodel before, we were super nervous to start the process after hearing about friends' experiences with other companies delaying projects, raising costs, or not doing a quality job. I carefully combed through Yelp for the highest rated businesses, and I spoke with/received quotes from three different companies. Even in that initial step, Pure Energy (specifically our project manager, Lauren) stood out above and beyond the other companies by far. Review update! We needed to fix quite a few things in our backyard. We also realized that tons of remodels that came with the house 25 years ago were not up to City code anymore it were put in illegally by the previous owner. Before calling Pure Energy We called a few electricians to help with some power outage issues and they told us they couldn't fix anything because the issue was our outdated box and since electrical box wasn't up to code they couldn't replace anything on it. We called Pure Energy back because they were so Great the first time around and we didn't realize the extent of what needed to be replaced. They sent Cody to us and he inspected the house far more than the electricians and handy men called prior. He gave us a quote immediately. He let us think about everything and helped us research tons of options at several different price points. He figured out everything we needed to do to move our electrical box and get our home up to code. He re-did everything for us and got power restored. They saved us money, time and kept us comfortable during the process. Cody is so caring and thoughtful. He would help my grandma around the house with everything from helping her up and down the front steps to picking out fixtures and paint with her. We wanted to turn a large bedroom in our home into a true master suite by adding a bathroom -- but we had a definite idea about what we wanted: it needed to be a bathroom that was fitted out with every safety feature that would help us to age in place (a walk-in shower, plenty of safety bars, ease of movement with a walker, etc.) and it needed to fit (with all those features!) into a fairly compact space. Lauren was our Project Manager and she truly understood what we wanted. I never received the bid, I contacted Pure Energy who said they would ask the project manager to get me the bid. 2 weeks later and I NEVER received the bid nor did I receive a follow-up call from anyone. A few months ago after the heavy rains we noticed a portion of our ceiling stared to droop down. It's in the portion of our house that was made an addition from the previous owners. We searched for months and received several quotes. Many contractors did not get back to us or I found myself chasing them down to provide the estimate. This was not the case with Pure Energy Construction. From the beginning when I reached out to the office they scheduled a meeting for me on the spot and provided updates and confirmation until the day of the estimate. Tom showed up on time and spent a lot of time evaluating the possible cause and plan of repair. He gave me a price on the spot, in comparison to other contractors of their caliber I found the estimate to be fair. We Highly recommend Pure Energy if you are doing a major remodel and want someone to manage it and guide you to completion. After many years (20+) of wanting to renovate & remove the wall dividing our kitchen & living room and dreaming of our 'open concept' kitchen, we finally took our 1st step. I called & made an appointment & met with Tom back in Jan 2020. He was very friendly, professional & had suggestions. My wife & I also had our ideas and Tom gave his opinions, good, bad or indifferent. He wanted us to have constant communication. Besides the kitchen remodel, we wanted new sliding doors & windows for the entire house & wanted to have this project completed by the end of May, before our daughter's graduation.  He provided his quote and committed to finish within our timeline so we agreed to go with Pure Energy and demo began on March 2nd (couple of weeks before mandatory Stay-at-Home quarantine).  Pure Energy's quote was not the lowest bid but we felt that they would get it done properly (with city permits and licensed) and within a reasonable time. The 1st and main thing was to remove a load-bearing wall & install a support beam to transform our kitchen & living room into an open concept floor plan. Digging & creating a base for the support columns & getting inspector's approvals... Throughout the process, Tom was on top of everything. He had recommendations, offered many advice, asked for us to contact him or send him any pics or offer any suggestions we may have.  He was on time for every step & was on site almost every day.  As we were inexperienced in this field, Tom helped us through a lot.  Yes, there were things we wished we would have looked into before committing but overall - it was a wonderful experience.  There were things we wanted which Tom would agree to & would give us reason why he wouldn't or couldn't.  There were cabinet options (color & style) that we preferred but it wasn't available by his supplier so he couldn't provide. And as with any large renovations, there of course were situations that came up unexpected - HVAC, vents (asbestos) replacements... Luckily for us, Tom has his own connections/referrals (HVAC & asbestos removal) that he would be able to use & assure their quality and insure their work. We requested several quotes for other companies that had lower prices, but we believed Tom would be able to insure his & his "team/referral's" work.  With such a major remodel completed earlier than expected, Tom had a cleaning crew come in & finished the project - his cleaners did an excellent job. They completed everything April 30th (that's 2 months for an entire Kitchen/living room remodel!!). All of his workers were very nice & professional. Looking back at the last two months (and we were all home the entire time), my wife & I are happy and completely satisfied with the process & Tom's/Pure Energy's work.  We really LOVED our new kitchen and we can't express how helpful and patient Tom was throughout the process.  We enjoyed working with Tom and Pure Energy - they had excellent customer service, quality work, reliable, professional and took accountability. read more

I want to thank Pure energy team for making my dream come true. I hired them for exterior and interior home renovation and 1500 sqft addition and they did everything right. We were concerned about tripping and falling when entering and exiting the bathtub in one of our bathrooms. After some deliberation, we decided to get our two bathrooms renovated. We began by talking to a nice woman on the phone. She then scheduled an appointment for us with the project manager, Jacob. When he arrived, he was friendly yet businesslike. He showed us some bathrooms he had renovated, and we showed him photos of bathrooms we would like to have. Furthermore, he gave us a competitive quote. We decided to go with him because of the excellent Yelp photos and reviews we saw. Jacob introduced us to Floor and Decor, which has an impressive design team. They have many beautifully designed bathrooms on their website. Jacob introduced us to the independent contractor Geraldo, who is very hard-working, experienced, and likable. After four months of renovation, they completed two bathrooms. Furthermore, Jacob has solved many problems we encountered, such as insufficient supplies. The result is beautiful.
