I have added before and after pictures as an example. Knowing this business through someone I was excited to get my German Shepard mix groomed. With the heat and him having very long hair I was happy to pay a higher price for grooming. This was my 1st and only experience with this business. An appointment was set up for 8:30am we brought him in and dropped him off he was suppose to be ready between 11-11:30 we waited until 3:45 in the afternoon to pick him up. His hair was uneven and very terribly cut the shampoo was not fully washed off of him. The owner was very rude and did not speak calmly or professionally to us as customers. I wouldn't have paid at all if it were an option. I DO NOT recommend this business for the way the owner speaks to clients and for the way he groomed my dog. I wanted to like this place since it's close and it's cheaper than the other place that offers self wash I go to. But my experience wasn't the best. I want to preface that the people there were very friendly, and this review pertains to the self wash stations only. At first glance, the self wash stations were not clean. They also gave me a used towel (or just not thoroughly cleaned) for my pet. I noticed so much black fur on it. The biggest issue that definitely makes me not want to return is the water temperature. The water temperature is not adjustable and it was way way too hot. They blamed it on the upstairs water heater, and that it will take at least ten minutes for the temperature to adjust. They did apologize, but implied that there was nothing they could do about it. read more
