Horrible customer service, they will find any way to increase your price. The carpet cleaning technician literally hung up on me, when I was talking to him and was ignoring my calls when he was in my apartment. Super rude. I asked to supplement cleaning a large bed room for cleaning an area rug and they would not do it unless we payed extra. I requested Wednesday off of work so I could pull every thing out of the house so they could clean the entire apartment. They called back and said they couldn't do it on Wednesday, the soonest would be Thursday. Since I could not be home the day of the service, I had to move everything into my bedroom, the day before so that my neighbor could let them in and they could do they're job when I wasn't home. I took my time and prepped the rooms for them to be clean so that they could arrive, not have to wait for anything and they could do they're work fast. I was hoping that they would make a big deal out of cleaning the area rug, so that I could put that in the bed room to cover the stains that's couldn't be serviced, due to poor scheduling. read more

I was told they would be able to meet me between 9:30 and 10am on Friday. Cameron showed up right at 9:30 he was dressed very professional and put shoe covers on to protect the carpet. He got started right away and did a great job I have pets but his equipment is so good that he was able to remove all pet hair from the floor. Stains were no match either. Over all great job. I have been using pure light for about 4 years now and I'm never disappointed. I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends for all their cleaning needs. Pure Light has been doing our carpets for about a year and a half. We are always impressed with how thorough they are and how detailed they are. Last time they came out we had a really really bad stain that wasnt budging. What an enjoyable company to work with. Communication is way above average, Courteous and prompt, We had our dinning room chairs and living room furniture cleaned. Yes they were all a mess before Pure Light took care of them. Since the fabric is a light cream we were concerned if they could be saved, Well they did an amazing job. And what's really nice through the whole process we were kept abreast of concerns and what we could expect so there were no surprises at the end of the job. NOW the best part. We also had them clean our Italian marble kitchen floors that had been in place for over 8 years without a good cleaning, The grout was black (new, it was a cream) and the tile (2'x2') had deep dirt area that had gotten into the vanes of the tile plus some holes had developed over the years. Well their cleaning method not only brought the floor to look like new (yes even the grout) but they have the expertise to fill the wholes to where you can't tell they were there.
