I would not recommend this company to anyone! We closed on our house we sold on 8/24, it's 8/31 and we haven't received the wire for half a million dollars from them yet! It normally takes next day to wire but after 8 days we haven't received any money, nor the agents! Only thing they did is pay off the bank loan probably cause they can't get away doing any fraud with these banks!! It is ridiculous, scary to even imagine if we will lose our money!! This is for the Ontario location. I wouldn't recommend them if my life depended on it. I had to do my own leg work for this company. Martha was very nonchalant about everything. I didn't find any of the employees attentive to the customer. Now I know someone else who is dealing with them and they are doing their own leg work as well and the company is dragging their feet it get the job done. I have never in my life dealt with so many delays in closing. They often feel like moving to a different escrow company but pure logic makes it appear that they are closing every week. Still nothing. If I can give Team Jennie extra stars, I would. I actually have a preferred Escrow but my client (seller) doesn't want to pay for escrow fees. I received an email from Pure Logic, so I gave it a shot. My preferred escrow told me that I will get what I pay for, but I must say that this is the BEST escrow team I've ever worked with. 1. Communication at its finest! - They continuously communicated and provided updates from beginning to end. I don't even need to follow up on anything. I even received emails from them on weekends (definitely the first for me). Almost all of the escrow officers I worked with don't work on weekends. 2. Systematic and organized - Flawless transaction. I'm not used to working with an escrow team, so it was a little weird at first. Then I realized how aggressive (in a good way) everybody is in making sure that the transaction will close on time. 3. Outstanding customer service - Had an older client who struggled a little with technology, and Team Jennie was able to work with us. They've been very patient and were able to meet the needs of my client. BEST PART - seller was extremely happy after seeing his savings from using Pure Logic Escrow. 4. Consistent - I just opened two more escrows with them and they really are GREAT! Everything seems to be easy when you're working with Pure logic Escrow - TEAM JENNIE.
