The quote I received over the phone was very reasonable, their communication was great, received 2 confirmation phone calls and movers showed up on time. Mattis, Valera and Alex greeted me with kindness and a readiness to start. I warned them from the beginning, if I started to cry during the process, please ignore it, I was just emotionally exhausted. Mattis told me not to worry, and assured me that I wouldn't be crying anytime soon. Now...I don't know if these guys attended Clown College or not, but if so, I'm sure they graduated with honors. I've never laughed so hard during a move! I'm usually too busy bitching and complaining. Yet, during the witty comments and joking around, they never skipped a beat and worked consistently and diligently until the job was done. They had great personalities, all of them, which made working with them more enjoyable. They wrapped up my furniture with care and loaded everything on the truck faster than I expected. Never ONCE did they drag their feet. In fact, they seemed sensitive and cognitive of the fact that moving is charged by the hour, and they used their time wisely. THANK GOD I recently learned that you are supposed to tip movers! I've never tipped movers in the past, and feel like a chump!! Well, perfect timing....because if ANYONE deserved a tip for efficiency and the care of my belongings...it was these guys!! Mattis and Valera went above and beyond the call of duty. They often checked on me, to make sure I was doing okay, and every time I went to move something myself, one of them was there to promptly take it and say "Don't worry about that, let me get it..." The final bill was a match to my quote, no funny business, no added charges, just great service at a good price. The next morning, I received a call from the manager, asking how the move went. They wanted to confirm that my needs were met and everything was satisfactory. OUTSTANDING! Well...except for one small thing. I suggested, in the future, they might want to warn their female customers how good looking the movers are. (Good looking movers? Who knew?) This was an unexpected shock and terribly disappointing since my hair was piled on top of my head and had no make-up on. (I mean, who wears make-up while moving?) The Pure Movers experience, and specifically Roman and his crew is absolutely everything that we could have hoped for ~ we are so grateful for the care and professionalism (great price as well) that i can whole heartedly say these guys are the best in the business. Let's face it, packing up fragile items and a lot of household possessions is a LOT of work... We had six guys that packed up my office Couch, Mirrors, Tables, Computers, Desk, Supplies as well as our 2BR Condominium all of which was full of fragile high end furnishings On top of that the guys had to carefully maneuver 8 flights of stairs with two heavy couches, handle expensive and fragile light fixtures, remove large wall mounted flat screen 4k TVs, completely pack the kitchen and all of our possessions. They were happy, friendly and totally high energy effective with amazing grace for 11 hours The move also included the same kind of totally friendly and helpful execution on the other end of the delivery ~ the accurately identified boxes were then delivered to the correct location and all of the rugs and furniture were installed and moved around until everything looked the way that we hoped. Again, you can't fake this ~ Roman and his crew were so good at what they do, and were joyous in the execution of the process.... so impressive. We will absolutely use them again and will be recommending Roman and his crew to everyone that is planning a move. This was my first experience with a moving company so I did what any normal 21st century future man would do and scoured yelp for recommendations. Pure Movers weren't on the top of the pile in terms of sheer review volume, not by a long shot. In fact, I had to research about ten different companies before landing on my decision to book with PM. Since I didn't know much about moving companies and their respective services, rates, or the strong possibility for blowhard review practices (seriously, every company out there is a "5 star" company), searching through reviews using specific key words is how we made our decision during the final countdown. Key words that were called to action: Communicative. Professionalism. Meticulous. Candid. Equivalence. PM were the only company that were consistently awarded these marks in review. It was a shot in the dark but a bullseye on the other side. JJ and his crew deserved every accolade prior reviewers had tossed their way and then some. They called 30 min prior to arrival, made sure we were both on the same page with the rates that were given in the quote, exercised civility with my (now former) roommates and myself, planned every packing detail ahead of time, wrapped delicates like an ancient Egyptian, proposed accurate timeframes, and itemized the move at the end for reconciliation. Was interested in using Pure Pro Movers for the second time and after speaking with them on the phone I can't see myself using their services again. As a potential repeat customer, I was shocked how unaccommodating this company is. This type of business should recognize people have difficult schedules and should offer flexibility. I need to make a two-day move because of the one day gap in my apartment leases. So the first day would just consist of packing up and loading a truck; not the move into the new place. I asked if they would be willing to do the move at 6p. Answer: NO. I asked if they could do it at 5pm. Answer: Unlikely, our movers like to get the moves done early and not have to do moves into the evening. Well thank you so much for your efforts to be to try and work around my schedule. Considering all that, I still wanted to get more information in the event I could re-work my schedule. So I gathered some information about the two-day move. They require that the customer pays a 3 hour minimum for BOTH days. In addition there is a overnight storing fee. And, since their headquarters are about 45 minutes from the location of the move they count their travel time as part of the hours worked. Honestly, this is a company I gave five stars after using their services last year and based on the level of service I got today, they dropped to a 1-star company in my book. read more

We found Pure Movers as a recommendation from a friend who recently used them in the Peninsula and all the reviews checked out with our friend's experience. We filled out an online form and received emails and calls within minutes. Scheduling was quick and easy and pricing was very transparent, no sneak charges or shady tactics. We received text reminders and confirmations leading up to the move day. This morning, we received a text from Anton and Slava about 30 minutes before their arrival. They arrived on time and perfectly in our time slot. Anton and Slava did not fool around or waste any time. They explained their plan and worked super hard and efficiently the entire time and were completely professional the whole time. We were so thankful to have Anton and Slava helping us today, they helped package and place everything exactly how and where we asked. The rates were totally transparent and very reasonable, they arrived exactly when they promised, and worked quickly and carefully the whole day. Can't say enough good things, it truly made our move so much less stressful. I highly recommend Pure Movers and you should specifically request Anton and Slava if you can. I can't believe how long it's taken me to write this review but I've been telling everyone I know how amazing my experience with Pure Movers was earlier this month so that counts for something, right? Like most leasing decisions here my roommate and I found out we could move into our new home within a day and on the morning before I scrambled and found Pure Movers. They had an open cancellation and I hopped on my chance to use this company. The reviews are 100% correct and I couldn't have been more pleased with the team that helped us switch houses. I moved from a two bedroom townhome stuffed with furniture, mirrors, pictures and kitchen supplies (we're very girly and love to decorate) to a three bedroom home and was recommended to book four movers and a truck. I grabbed the earlier available time at 9am and the team was texting me upon arrival and showed up with 15 minutes to spare. They examined the load and started the move. Within 5 hours these guys disassembled, loaded, carried, drove the distance to my new abode and unloaded everything and reassembled all furniture (TV's demounted and hung, too!). I was so incredibly impressed by the speed and the service. Sasha, Roman, Oleg and Popov are strong, capable, and KIND. I know that moving is really stressful, and that was the first time I had to move so far, all the way to San Francisco. That's why I called these guys, I saw a lot of reviews from clients that have been moved up north, so I called the office and asked them to give me the best guys they have, so they did:) Mattis and Max showed up on time, were clean and look professional, they wrapped my furniture like it was worth a million dollars and stacked it into the truck in such a way that it become a solid geometric structure. I was surprised that it was even possible, and all the way these guys were making jokes and laughing like it was nothing for them, very professional. They hit the road right after the load ..... They managed to get to San Francisco only in 7.5 hours which surprised me lot, good timing guys. They unloaded in 2 hours and my place is ready for the house warming party :) Mattis and Max made my move very painless and I think they r totally worth the money I paid for them. Let me start off by saying that this company was great from start to finish. When I was calling other companies to compare prices (a month ahead of our move) I heard some outrageous pricing and had some other company that was so rude to tell me I was calling too early (excuse me, don't you want to know you have future clients scheduled = future revenue?!). Pure movers was the most reasonable pricing I found with the friendliest service who actually gave me kudos for planning ahead. Nikolai and Peter were the sweetest, most helpful, and careful movers we could have ever imagined. They were on time and were very thorough on listening to what needed to be done and making sure they covered everything needed. They carefully took apart all our furniture, wrapped up and padded items individually and handled them with care. They made putting everything back together seem effortless and they were so careful when putting things in and paid extreme detail to not knick any furniture or walls. Pure Movers SF was recommended to us by a friend so we booked them today for the move of our 2 bedroom apartment in SF to a storage facility in Walnut Creek. We hired 3 gentleman, Anton, Viktor, and David and they were FANTASTIC. Cannot say enough wonderful things about how professional, communicative, transparent, and respectful they were. They were incredibly meticulous with wrapping up our furniture, putting a runner down to protect our floors, walking us through the best way to package our items to save us time during the move. They were also incredibly polite. They worked SO hard and didn't waste any time. Our move took about 8 hours (including drive time) and they were dedicated, hard working, and commutative every step of the way, including when we had to get a bigger storage unit at the last minute. This is my second time moving with Pure Movers and it was a great experience once again! Roman, Will and Andrew showed up with their masks on and took care of everything - disassembling furniture, wrapping everything for safety, moving and reassembling. When they arrived at the new place I showed them quickly where things should go and they handled it perfectly while I was busy with some work on the patio. Great communication all the way through. Some tips: - Check if your building will let you reserve the elevator for your move so the movers can go back and forth as efficiently as possible. - If you live on a street that has strict parking restrictions, apply for a permit for the day so the moving truck doesn't get a citation (which you'd have to pay for). - If you're on the fence about how many movers to use go up. Even with my small apartment (moving from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom) I think a 4th mover would have paid itself off in fewer hours because of how well they divide up the work. - Take care of your movers! Alex and Lucas from Pure Movers were professional, quick, and thorough in helping me move apartments. I really appreciate that they provided packing material to help with the move (blankets, plastic wrap, boxes, tape, etc). They carefully plastic wrapped all of my furniture, which gave me peace of mind when they loaded their truck. At my new apartment, the garage door and my front door screen were perpendicular to each other. They unscrewed the screen door to expedite the move and before they left, they reattached the screen door. Lucas took apart my massive bed frame and reassembled it where I wanted in my new apartment. There was a loose trimming on my wooden TV stand and I had a feeling it was going to fall off during the move. Lucas was super handy and reattached the trimming when it came off. I goofed and accidentally packed away the keys to my garage lock where I kept additional boxes that needed to be moved. As soon as they unloaded the furniture and boxes, Alex and Lucas went back to my apartment to pick up the remaining boxes in the garage. I came across a few companies that had lots of 5 star reviews but only one stood out. The majority of their reviews were all signing their praises so I decided to proceed with Pure Moving Company Pure Moving responded quickly to my request for a quote and provided me with a ton of important information and broke down exactly what I would and wouldn't get charged for. They were flexible with their schedule and got me on the books with only 4 days notice. Our movers were Deni & Oleg. These guys were not only punctual but very fast and efficient. I mainly had furniture to move with some big heavy items. Deni and Oleg made sure that each item was handled properly and their attention to detail to protecting each item was perfect. We had 3 days to move from our house in Long Beach to Anaheim, Orange county. What a luck that i called Pure Pros movers. Scheduling an appointment was as easy as possible, the manager did really well and got us an appointment which worked for us. The movers came, packed everything. moved our items from storage units and unpacked at the final destination. It was a really long day, but pure pros made me so quite and stress less, because they did everything on their own. Te movers really took care about our move, they were so gentle with our furniture(we have a looooot of it). They took care about every single thing! Really great. I can't say enough good things about Jerry and his team mate with Pure Movers, they picked up my items and delivered to my house in less than two hours! They were so careful with all my items and constantly checked in with me to make sure that everything was to my liking, which it was! Trust me, no one moving company can beat this guys! Pure Pros Movers are amazing! I was moving from Santa Monica to Venice beach, and we know that moving in the city is a really complicated thing, because it includes rare loading zones, elevator permissions, other permits etc. Pure Pros Movers were on top of it. They handled the difficult move out very well (3rd floor walk up, no elevator) and never complained. Special thanks and respect to the movers, they are professionals. They know how to pack your stuff, how to move your stuff and how to do all these things safely. When we arrived to the final destination, movers knew how to handle everything and put all my stuff with prior asking me.
