Went here for the first time today for a pedicure only. Was able to book an appointment and review prices online. It was easy to check-in when I arrived and the woman who did my pedicure was great! She let me choose a complimentary drink (I got white whine) and when I was debating between a few color, did some test nails to help me see the color on my feet and make a final decision. Service was scheduled for 1 hour but took about 40 minutes. There is a 3% processing fee if you pay with card, but I paid with cash. A lovely time and reasonably priced pedicure. read more

I went here for the first time today and I'm very happy with my experience here! I had my previous gel removed and got the cat eye gel and Tiffany, did an awesome job. Although, I did have to wait around 20min, she was so fast and I was out in about an hour so (removal+reshape+gel)! All for $80 ($65+tip)!! I know it's hard to get this quality of nails with the price around here. Been too many places that charge more and do bad jobs so I'm very happy that my nail shapes are great and color came out clean! Looking forward to try designs next time! read more

Went for a pedicure and left with sore toes from digging too deep and making the sides of my toes bleed . I stated that it was hurting me and she proceeded to do the other toe the same . I've been coming here for mani pedi for a few months. They do a good job here and the staff is very friendly and polite!

I first booked with Tee after seeing great reviews, and she really was amazing. That manicure lasted me a month. Unfortunately, she left, and every visit since has been a letdown. One pedicure was rushed, the "10-minute massage" cut down to six, and my toenails were cut square even after I explained I needed them rounded. Another time, the tech didn't even bother filing my nails properly, and I ended up grabbing the file to do it myself. If you're nearby and don't mind a half-hearted service from people who don't understand what you want and talk over you in their own language (which feels rude), then fine, but honestly, without Tee, this place isn't worth it. read more

I rarely get my nails done, but lately I'm surrounded by young coworkers whose nails are always done and perfect. So of course, I also have to get them done, duh! I yelped a lot of places but I ultimately chose Pure Nail Bar because it's close by and also the photos/reviews look great! I went in to just get a manicure and gel polish. I don't know who did my nails, but she took her time, shaped my nails, and did a good job. I really do love them. My only issue is that when I had left and sitting in my car, I noticed one of my nails had a little dust in it, and it was raised. I also noticed bubbling on another one. I walked back in and showed them my nails, and she did her best to fix them. She didn't redo them from scratch, she just buffed those little areas and put on topcoat. They ended up looking fine afterwards. I am overall very pleased with the outcome! read more

Found this place in April, nice spacious place, the vibe felt nice on day 1 and I was provided w/ excellent service the first two visits by Janet. I was never disappointed until she left then I found Tee got two FS now Tee is gone smh, always good energy w/ Janet & Tee. It is now September, the staff here have been very inconsistent, Jenny w/ attitude, very few do a good job and now I'm paying a 5-$10 difference every visit for nail polish and I've been getting the same thing since the first visit just different color because they can't do much when it comes to nail art. I see they offer complimentary beverages but I have only been asked once and that was on my first day w/ Janet and once w/ Tee since then none. I pay at minimum $100 every visit just for FS w/ no nail art which I don't mind as long as I'm happy. The service lately has been ok could be much better. read more

I decided to try this place out since I do a lot of grocery shopping in this plaza. The nail lady burned me with her nail grinder a few times. When I said "ouch" she just laughed it off and was still not careful. She did a poor job removing my acrylic nails. After she was done half the acrylic nails are still on (see photo).. I am very disappointed with the service I received here. I do not recommend this place nor will I be coming back. read more

The staff here are very kind and friendly, especially the young woman at the front desk. However, the service was not very professional. Some of my ingrown nails weren't properly treated and are still painful. Also, the excess skin and cuticles around my fingers and toes were not properly cleaned or removed. I booked a regular manicure and pedicure, but there was no proper massage or exfoliating scrub just a few seconds of careless rubbing on my hands and feet. They didn't even offer me any refreshments. They do have a wide variety of nail polish colors, and the shades are beautiful, but unfortunately, the polish quality is poor. The polish on my fingernails chipped the same day, and the polish on my toenails looks patchy and uneven. Moreover, the towel they used for me was stained, and the chairs were dirty. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the experience. If I had to decide whether to come back, my answer would be no.
