We purchased my custom engagement ring, a ring re-design, and a simple white gold band from the prior ring we redesigned. On the first day, Sam spent 2 hours with us helping narrow down the shape of the stone I wanted. I had a very good idea of the shape I wanted but he showed me different stones because he focuses on having the customer fall in love with the stone as opposed to the specs of the stone. Which I LOVE that approach! He also has you look at the stones in natural lighting and fingerprinted (dirtied up), because that's actually what it's going to be 90% of the time. The stones look different in that environment. So on the first visit, we looked at different stones and sizes and refined the exact shape, and L to W ratio. I wanted a specific cut so I ended up custom ordering my stone and color (lab grown per my request). They took the time with me to make minor adjustments while we designed the ring by CAD. They collaborate together as a couple and make sure you get exactly what you want, while making sure your ring will hold up well. We did a little bit of shopping around before we saw Sam and Maria; their prices are fair and honest. You feel like family and know they're going to take care of you. I know I'll be going back again when I want to purchase more jewelry!
