They treat my dog as their own! Just an amazing place and staff. I will start with the boarding and day care. Kind of a private suite , and the room has an AC to keep the dogs at the perfect temperature. During the daycare, his favorite part is the pool... well, he is a lab so pool and grabbing pillows from the couch is so much fun! But I really need to share the experience of their Academy training. Our dog started 2 months ago and we will continue. He has changed so much, so well behaved, social skills, he has become another dog, super smart! Wednesday is his favorite day of the week as it is Tailwag day (Academy time)... next day he is so exhausted, but Fridays he think it is Tailwag day again, and starts crying and when the door opens he goes outside and want to go again! not happy when I just bring him for a car ride ! Anyway, all I can say, it is the best place you can find! I cannot thank enough the whole staff, specially Sue and Isaac!

They did not have a working horse trailer during a serious fire. They reached out to people on Facebook to come help evacuate. They withheld food from my horse. Any rain and it was impossible to get down the long dirt road to their property without a heavy duty truck. They would turn out their horses in the arena so if you wanted to ride, you were excited to put them away yourself. And finally when I had to euthanize my horse on the 9th of the month, they wanted payment for the entire month because I didn't give them 30 days notice.

They have also checked in on our cat, Sloan, after she had surgery and was recovering in a cone. They take Athena for walks around the neighborhood, down the street to the park, to the pet store, and when its too hot in Escondido to be outside for long - they work on training and enrichment activities to tire her out mentally and physically. They are great at reinforcing training, commands, and positive behaviors and have made her much better on a leash and releasing her toys during play. We have been so impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. They also send the cutest update pictures to my husband and I so we can see how much fun she's having during her walks/play time. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish! I would recommend to everyone who has social dogs who like to have fun and play with other dogs. Highlight: *All of their dogs are interacted with all day. The facility is at their home and they are always there. *All of their dogs sleep inside at night *Constant fun and play time with water on the hot days *They keep their yard, which is a good size, extremely clean *The inside of their home where dogs are allowed, is extremely clean *Great alternative to standard kennels where dogs are locked up the entire time they are borded *They went the extra mile in everything they did for me. My puppies were kept separate from the larger dogs, they included a suprise DVD with pictures and videos of my dogs from during their stay, and were extremely accomodating with drop off and pick up times! Overall, I will say that I was some what hesitant to board my dogs at someones home. I can say that it was the best decision I have ever made in terms of finding a boarding facility. My dogs had a great time, were worn out, and by the pictures and videos had an awesome time. I was also extremely happy that when I told them I had a 90lb, 1 year old German Shepherd, they did not say yes to boarding him right away. They wanted to meet him and complete a temperment test before they committed to taking him. This is great to me because i shows that they are selective with the dogs they take inorder to assure that it is a good enviroment with aggression free dogs. :)

The facility is clean with lots of opportunity for dogs to have play time with other dogs as well as supervised individual outside time. There are professional trainers and training available for your puppy or dog if you would like that option. The entire staff is exceptional in their communication and willingness to help in any way they can.
