Second time here! Both times came after eating at royal mandarin! A nice treat after. Close by, big, tons of options and pretty good. Staff is always welcoming. They also have little goodies for sale on the counter now like Sonny angels! Very peaceful and both times I came was empty so no waiting which I love! Ambiance is nice. Of course plenty of parking and tons of specialty drinks! Some come with 5 toppings in the drink! Wow!!

First time here. Service was good and helped me decide on a popular drink. I honestly did not care too much about the taste but they do have a large variety of drinks to choose from so I will definitely return to try some other ones that caught my eye. Place is spacious and there's plenty of seating areas.

Spooky Swirl Boba is only offered during Halloween but it was great. You could taste the ube inside it. The employees were very welcoming and the place was very clean and maintained. Thanks.

I come here all the time and never been more dissatisfied with my order. It took really long because the girl working right now at 4:50PM works extremely slow! My husband's tea was super watered down. This is the first time I've had white chunks inside my milk tea. She told me it's "creamer". I asked her to remake it. She then went ahead and tried to make another drink before she fixed mines! I told her to give me back my drink because it had already taken too long the first time and now she wanted me to wait again. As I'm walking off she told me "there's a lot of people". Is does not take that long to make these drinks! If I come back and see her again I definitely will not be returning! **** Please retrain her!! ****

Missed share tea when it was in convoy. I was happy to find out. They had one national city, one of my favorite places to get bubble tea. when I went there was only one person working. The lights were off. Pretty sure he was bored or hot or they're trying to conserve energy. But it didn't stop him from making the drink delicious. Cool place to chill in national city if you want some milk tea.

ShareTea National City is a fantastic location! Every visit is enjoyable because of the staff's exceptional friendliness and warmth. It's a pleasant spot to hang out or get a drink to go because it's always tidy and well-kept. Everything tastes fresh, and the drinks are consistently delicious with many wonderful options. In addition, the atmosphere is pleasant--calm, cheerful, and welcoming. A must-visit location in National City for boba. Strongly suggested!

Drink was fire, costumer service 10/10 The guy was really patience and attentive, made me want to write a review because of how great he was!

    Lava Flow

I had an amazing time at this boba shop! The beverages were extremely flavorful, fresh, and well balance, not overly sweet or watery. I found a new drink to try called Lava Flow thanks to the staff's patience and friendliness. In addition to offering cheap vintage clothing, the store itself had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it simple to unwind. I will most certainly return and tell my friends about this place!

Great location! There is a nice sized parking lot, and is right next to the Otay Mall so there's plenty of places to walk and just to hang out. There are also plenty of tables and chairs inside, with a few outside as well. My favorite drink here is the Okinawa Pearl milk tea. I love the amount of boba pearls they put in each drink! The Okinawa at 100% sugar is really good, and is not too sweet in my opinion. I really enjoyed it. I also got light ice so it wasn't too watered down. It wasn't very busy when I came, so my drink came out fairly quickly. I came back to order the Oreo Ice Blended drink for my husband, which also came out pretty fast. You can kind of taste some kind of sweetener in this drink, but other than that it was really good as well!

First timer at the Sharetea National City location and got the Wintermelon iced tea with 0% sweetness. The tea was a bit too sweet and I found out it had added Wintermelon syrup to a green tea base. The bobarista was nice enough to remake the drink with less sweetener which I appreciated! The bobaristas were very nice and made our drinks quickly. Our order was pretty much ready as soon as we paid. Customer service was 5 stars for sure. There were many choices of milk teas, fruit teas, and blended drinks to choose from so I'll try something new next time I visit. I highly recommend their boba! My friend got a Wintermelon milk tea with pearls (honey boba) and it was super soft and chewy. I'm giving the location 4 stars because the drink recipe was a little unclear and they only offered 1 size drink today for the same price.

ShareTea is an independently-owned chain that is consistent in flavor and quality! This location is newer and is super clean and cute. It's right next to Chucke cheese but there's plenty of parking. The boba balls are always perfectly soft and chewy and my drinks are always prepared just how I like. They cost around $6 a drink which is pretty standard and my go-to is a blended Thai tea with 50% sweetness. Shoutout to Kevin for his awesome customer service!

They also waited while I looked at their giant menu to figure out what I want. And not giant in a bad way, giant in a many options way. I had questions and the woman who took my order was so kind to me and patient when I had questions. I also put my phone number and got a discount so definitely sign up for their rewards program! There was plenty of seating inside and outside so we grabbed a booth and made myself comfortable until my order was ready. The inside was decorated very cute with lights. We ordered a Thai and Taro blended milk tea, a Tiger Tea with boba, an order of Cheese Curds and the Brick Toast with Honey Butter. The Thai and Taro blended milk tea was so good! It had such a balanced flavor! The Tiger tea with Boba was very earthy and subtle flavor but still so good! The Cheese Curds were freshly battered with a golden fry on it that really showed how clean their oil is! And the Brick Toast with Honey Butter was such a soft bouncy bread that would pair beautifully with a morning coffee. Over all the entire menu is something I want to keep exploring and I definitely recommend SD Boba Tea!

Lots of drinks to choose from, and the staff were very helpful in explaining my menu questions. Ended up with an iced watermelon fruitaro (like a milk tea but w/o the milk) and some crystal boba which ended up just the right amount of sweetness that I was looking for that day. Thank you!

Most of the drinks were offered in three different sizes... 16, 24, and 33 oz. Toppings were $0.75 each which is about par nowadays. Milk Tea, Hot Tea, Flavored Tea, Iced Fruitaro, Fruit Smoothies, Lemonades, Slushies, and a Blended Series were the categories. Five types of Macaron Ice Cream sandwiches were also sold. My choice was a 24 oz Rose Peach Green Tea with regular sweetness, 50% ice, and honey boba pearls added. The blend was very fragrant from the rose component. I seldom see this option with fruit teas at other places. The boba pearls could have been cooked longer to soften them. The processing time to make my drink wasn't very long. There was at least one other boba tea shop within this sprawling mall so there is competition under the same roof. My initial experience with Tea Monks was worth a four star rating.
