Come here for oil changes. Quick service if there's no other cars ahead of you. Was in and out within 20 min or so. Not the friendliest ever but I don't expect most auto shops to be. Paid $65 for synthetic on my civic. Will cont to come back for oil changes. Side note: One thing is they will tell you if they don't want to work on your car. They'll nicely tell you other places to take it to. I've brought my other cars here for more in depth needs and seems like they'll do the basic but if it gets too complicated, they rather not deal with it. But I rather have them do that than pretend they can fix it just to get my money. So I keep coming back :) read more

I trust these guys completely. So much so that I had a friend drop off my car and pick it up. I agreed to pricing and whatever they needed to do to stop my car from overheating. Once again... because I trust them completely. This was my third visit, and I was once again, ecstatic about their service. To date, they have done my transmission oil, regular oil, filter changes, valve cover gasket change and replaced my radiator. Not all in one visit, but with each visit I'm loving them more and more. I've never had to take my car back to "re fix" anything. They know what they're doing. They do not try to jip me despite being female... as many other car places have tried. They will show the new oil after the oil changes. They will not let me do any car work if it is not necessary. For example, if I told them I want a tune up and a new battery but don't need either... they will highly recommend that I DO NOT do it. They do have coupons in the Pennysaver, but sometimes if you ask them to do multiple services at one time, they will give you a better deal if you just ask. read more

Honestly I used to love this place, but I have to agree with some of the other reviews on here and say the customer service has gone way down. I haven't had an oil change in a while, and yes I know I should, and yes I know it's bad to drive around that way, yet the man helping me out proceeded to try and lecture me on the subject. My dad went in for an oil change, on his way home he was having car issues.. he noticed the oil was leaking and car was running slow. We went back to the shop and spoke to Steve. Steve and one of his workers drove back to where my dads car stalled out and figured what the problem was. They fixed the problem and drove the car back to make sure it was running good and to clean the motor since the oil spilled all over the place. I appreciate all Steve did, he went above and beyond! I wouldn't say "purrfect" auto service, but they certainly do their best to make getting repairs and other services required as quick and pain-free as possible. Came in for their express oil and filter change and left with additional unplanned services... Ain't that always the case though? Sigh.. An express (20-30 minutes) oil and filter change was $12 (with the local PennySaver coupon). I thought I was getting a tight ass bargain until a $5 waste fee was tacked on top. Should have known the $12 price tag was too good to be true. On top of my oil change, I was given the usual mechanic schpiel of their "highly recommended" services... transmission fluid drain and refill, air filter change, yadda yadda.. the usual. I politely declined. 5 minutes later, he came back with an impressive sales tactic of mentioning that I shouldn't be alarmed but if I didn't fix my wheel bearing it could become a potentially dangerous scenario. Not wanting to run the risk of being in an accident again, I bit the bullet and paid dearly for it. +3 stars for service and price. +1 star for offering to drop me off somewhere and picking me back up later. read more

Dont take your vehicle here! The mechanic tried to fight me! First of all, I'm a calm person. In fact, this is my first time writing a negative review... ever. I don't write negative reviews unless something really upset me. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous reviews. This place used to be good. Now, not anymore. I used to go to this place for an oil change years ago. I stopped going for various reasons. However, my dad was still actively going for an oil change. And he will never go back! On 09/22/21, my dad took his Honda Pilot to go get checked out. The vehicle was starting but per my dad, it seems like "it's loosing power". The car was checked out by Luis R. He was then instructed to go back in a few hours. Now, driving back to ky house. The car completely stopped in the middle of road. After safely pulling it over, my dad called me. My dad told me that Luis was "adjusting or turning something with a device". Now, my dad is an honest person. He's also very vigilant. Whenever we have workers that work on our house, he's always watching. That's just how he is. When going back to the shop, we talked with Steve-owner. Then, Steve, me and my dad asked Luis R if he did anything to the car. When asked by Steve, Luis R responded. "What the fuck, I didn't do shit". I said, "well my dad's car stopped and we're just asking, you don't need to curse at us". Luis R responded, "what the fuck, don't ask questions like that". At this point; Luis R started walking towards me and my dad with anger and yelling. Luckily, Steve the manager was in the middle of all this. This went on for about 5 minutes. Now, If this worker tried to do something to me, I'll defend myself. But, my concern is my dad. He's elderly, in his 70's. Imagine if I wasn't there and Luis R did this to my dad? My dad won't be able to defend himself! It's just VERY strange how defensive and angry Luis R responded when asked. Me, my dad and Steve talked. Steve offered jump start the car. So, he did. Steve apologized for Luis R and said, "im sorry I'll talk to him, he's a good kid". Steve offered to take the car and will have my workers "check it again". We refused and told him my dad will never go back again. With what happened; i don't think anyone would go back too. I asked for Luis R's full name and some sort of license number and I was by told Steve that, "you don't have the legal right to ask that". Is this true? Looking back, we're just 1 customer so I'm sure this won't affect their business. this review will probably be deleted anyways. Remember, the workers and Luis R are touching your cars... not Steve! Please, for your peace of mind and safely... Don't take your car here! There are so many more reputable shops within our area. read more

Friendly service, the mechanic talked to me about everything he was doing, showing me everything. They charged me $13 for the oil change on 2.2L Chevy cobalt. I got synthetic oil, 5 quarts, and they charged me over $60 for that. Over priced for sure, since that oil costs $18 for the 5 qt in an auto store. And spendlt $20 on new windshield wipers. My bill total was $93. I'll buy my own pil next time. Learned an expensive lesson. read more

The mechanics have always been honest with me to the point of me telling them what needed to be replaced and them coming back saying it's not necessary. This particular time however, it wasn't a positive experience. I had something go missing from my car. Perplexed, I had to return and speak with Steve, the owner. Steve not only took the time to hear me out, gathered information and promised to call me back. When he did, he had installed extra cameras where his mechanics do the work, he had let go of the mechanic that worked on my car AND reimbursed me for the missing item. This type of business owner is exactly what I look for in a mechanic. His actions showed me that he tolerates nothing but the best from his people.
