Very Very disappointed I had a really frustrating experience at this shop. I brought my car in for what should've been a simple repair, and it turned into a complete headache. The staff seemed disorganized and didn't communicate clearly about what was actually wrong with my car or how long it would take. They told me it would be ready in a day, but it ended up taking several days with barely any updates unless I called first. On top of that, the final cost was way higher than the original estimate, and no one really explained why. When I finally got my car back, the issue I brought it in for didn't even feel fully fixed, which just made everything worse. For the price I paid, I expected way better service and professionalism. Took my wife's car in for a bad idle which turned out to be her Ford Fusion's electric engine harness had Rodent damage. Joseph who I had never dealt with other than Josh one and the same told me he needed a credit card to start work on it to which I thought was odd since I had given him my Omega and card and told him to use Omega and if they didn't cover repair for Rat damage to use AAA that would. Left card there on a Friday and when I called on Monday said car was ready and they had charged my USAA over $6200 card the day I took it in but Joseph said Omega would be paying me for repairs, a week went by and I went in he said he called and expect a ck in a couple days actually Thursday, I called Omega they said they don't cover rat damage and that PURRFECT Auto had never called them. Called AAA said the same thing and that they would have covered the Rodent Repair. I challenged the charge with USAA both on line and mail sent all proof of charges the same day before work was done and what Omega and AAA reported to me and they found in there favor, telling me that USAA failed me in their investigation I am a 3 time wounded Infantry paratrooper and found out USAA is just a front for Vets with an F rating with BBB. I canceled USAA. Please read on it gets better, I went to AAA who said they never heard from PURRFECT Auto and took my claim. It took from December of 2025 to last month February 2026 to get my money. Why so long you ask well AAA had a hard time getting information from Josh and Richard the supervisor of the PURRFECT Auto repair shops in the IE. This place will get what they deserve how they sleep at night I wonder but I trust in God and he will judge us all come judgment day. I know I went on and won't even go into the repairs done on my F150 93 Truck. One last thing AAA's Rep Windy Cardenas thru the months left countless calls to them and even after I called Josh and many time to Mgr Richard who said they would take care of it. I came in here Wednesday afternoon hoping to get an oil change after work. I figured it was a bit late(3:45PM) and they would be busy and sure enough it was. I didn't mind coming back as long as my car was serviced. Came back the next day around 2PM and they didn't look as busy. They charged me $100 for an oil change. ***WARNING*** HORRIBLE SCAMMERS On Monday, March 31st, I brought my car for a humming/whirring noise in the front end. Spoke to Josh (manager) and suggested it may be a wheel bearing issue. I get a call from Josh on Tuesday telling me it's the differential that's bad and in need of replacement at a cost of $2500. After hanging up, I even called back to double check as the diagnosis just didn't sound right. Josh insisted that was the issue and I authorized the repairs based on their diagnosis. Got a call Thursday that the car was ready and even asked if the "whirring" sound was gone. I was assured it was and all was well. Upon arriving, I paid the bill, test drove the car, and found the problem was still there! I turned around and went back to the shop whereas Josh puts one of his tech's (not the one that worked on my vehicle) in the car with me. We drove maybe a block when the tech confirmed being able to hear the noise and actually looked at me and said..."sounds like a wheel bearing"!!! Dropped the car back off Friday morning to have the wheel bearing replaced and the noise in the front end is now gone. What should have been around $400 cost me $2500 for a repair that was never necessary. I requested a refund of the $2500 minus the $400 for the repair that should have been done in the first place. Of course, the refund was refused. I'm now in the process of taking them to court and will be filing a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair to see about opening an investigation.
